I love this protein powder. It has good ingredients, it's tasty, and it's cost effective.

Matrix Milk Chocolate for the win!
If you live chocolate this is your protein! I have been using this brand for 10 years because it is creamy and not overly sweet like Premier Protein Shakes. I use unsweetened almond milk and mix several days worth at a time before I go to bed. I do this because for it to be creamy I let it sit overnight, if you mix and drink immediately it can be a little grainy. I have tried other brands over the years and go back to this one every time.

I have found that I like this better than Matrix 5.0 Perfect Chocolate. Syntrax did a good job with this flavor!
