Good quality and price. Taking Amino acids has been beneficial for me. It has strengthen my muscles and I sleep better. I take it every night.

Honestly when you are struggling with health issues, it is hard to say if something is good or not, unless you feel miraculously better. I do believe it is making a difference, and helpful with my energy. Hard to say for sure.

This product is better than other beef aminos I have used. I can feel an uptick in energy, recoup, and muscle tone when I take it in the afternoon after workouts or yard work.

I noticed faster muscle gain and faster recovery since I began taking these supplements.

Using these to help meet protein goals while on glp-1. Since using my weight has gone down while percent muscle has increased.

My rating on this item is not because it isn't something that is helpful. I thought this would be helpful because I have a few autoimmune problems. After doing research and taking a months worth of this, I desided it was the correct thing for me. So I quit. That doesn't mean someone shouldn't take something like this. I'm just saying it is not for me.
