I have allergies, asthma, and nasal polyps. I have severe sinus drainage issues (surgery 3 times !) and I suffer from chronic sinus infections several times per year requiring steroid and antibiotics for relief. Decongestants do not touch it. Most recently, I was suffering for weeks with what I thought was sinus blockage again due to polyps and infection. I bought this and I wish I could post a pic of what came out of my sinus on day 4. I am taking 2 pills 3Xs per day. On day 4 the knot in my sinus loosened up and I blew out a large glob of thick snot the consistency of slime. It was nasty and amazing at the same time ! And there is more in there ! This stuff is really killing any infection and loosing up mucus which has been sitting in my sinus for weeks, maybe months. I will take this religiously until I finish the bottle. I notice it works within 30 mins of taking, but effect doesn't last hours. So I am taking 2 in the AM, 2 at lunch time, and 2 more at night. Like I said, nothing major happened until day 4 when that gook came out of my sinus. It was unbelievable the size and consistency of it. No wonder I was in so much pain and having horrible headache, face, and neck pain. What an amazing product. I will definitely order more.

I am always advocate of Natural herbal products . I was skeptical but I started taking pills 2x two time as per mentioned. It does work for Allergies and Sinus. You have to take constantly and You will how much disgusting mucus coming out of your Nose. People don't get it. When mucus comes out of your body it's a good sign . It means you body is healing. Your health is wealth. Use natural products to heal your body from disease. Natural medicine will not destroy your body. I only took two capsules a day which is a half dose. I weigh 125 though. I have postnasal drip issues and this did not help. It had more of a decongestant effect I think I need something leaning antihistamine. This had a mild effect but I think if you took the full dose it could be increased decongestant/expectorant if that's what you're looking for. I've had better luck with stinging nettle tea but it upsets my stomach if I use too often.

It's beneficial if you need a bit of heat in the nasal area.

From a family with chronic sinus issues, I've found something that does what it says it will, with no side effects and no negative interactions with other medications!

I had high hopes not only because I spent a fair bit of money and had to purchase two bottles. The capsules made no difference whatsoever. But I did find a sinus care system using salt packets that has worked and my sinuses are finally healing and clearing. It's not perfect but I only use nasal spray a couple of times a day now rather than twenty so it's a big win!!

May be an alternative to Advil rhume & sinus Plus... When I took it, I almost NOT have any issue with my sinus & I'm the type of guy with multiple sinus issues all year long... Advil was my product until they rise the price almost double it was... So I got a try with this & I was pleasantly surpise on the results... However the price is always varying alot... At $18 until $20 it is a good buy, but over that it is somewhat pricey.
