Warning: The ingredients listed on the website leave out two items - Dairy and Soy. I am seriously allergic to both. It is a good thing I looked before taking.

This product may work for other's but it made me feel ill. It may have been the dosage rate, I'm not sure. Once I quit taking it, it took about 3 days before I started feeling right again.
