The. Best creative avail. Easy to use and buffered. Easy on stomach et al. Vegetarian so easy on organs a well. Plus capsules Can't take to much or little. Do one on off days and two on work on days. @ 50 yrs old work ok with alpha blockers. Not anDr. Check w your Dr.

Poor packaging :(
I saw some reviews about how others had their bottles broken. I ordered anyway in hopes that wouldn’t happen. I was wrong, and there were so many little pieces of glass within the capsules that I was afraid to attempt to salvage them; no one wants to ingest glass. I’m really disappointed because I was so excited to try this product as I know Designs for Health has quality vitamins/supplements. I wish it were packed better for shipping; I had to throw it all away. :(
