FUJITSU IX500 Scansnap Document Scanner (PA03656-B305-R) - (Renewed),Black

I have used several small and dozens or large scanners and this one is the best. Only wish it were easier to install and came with the software CD.

Did not come with correct power cord. I reached out to the seller and she overnighted the correct cord! Scanner works great! Seller was very understand and great customer service! Would buy from this seller again!

Constant paper jam. Requested a refund. Had to pay shipment and got charged $28.20 return fees incurring over $40 loss, WHY? The seller claimed I didn't return the original box. FYI.....The scanner didn't come with the original box. It was wrapped in a bubble plastic and put in plain brown box. I return whatever came in the boxed. I doubled checked to make sure the power cable, USB cable and CD (which was was not the original software CD either-Just blank looking with NOTHING on it says installation software) and of course the scanner as received. The Seller claimed I changed my mind and that was an incorrect statement. Even a phone courtesy was not received. The seller also claimed the scanner was tested there is absolutely no issue with this scanner. No jam, no defect. I still have the different scans that the scanner scrambled on my desk waiting to retape them since are my receipts for my business for taxes and filling purpose. I just looked on other reviews and this scanner seem to have the same issues I had and quality not as described. But if seller feels their action is justifiable, we will have to agree to disagree. Note to self NEVER to buy anything from you EVER again!

This scanner is so easy to use! It also scans double sided, which is great, especially when scanning utility bills. I use it all the time and wish I bought it sooner.

Works like new

This scanner was as good as I remember my original when it was new. Very, very pleased with this purchase!

Overall the product is good and would purchase again. I like that the scanner scans front and back. I like that you can choose to scan in to different systems in your computer. However, sometimes the scanner doesn’t pick up exactly what is on the page is some of the systems. Overall, it’s a good scanner and I’m satisfied with my purchase. There’s just a learning curve in using it.

Was delivered on good shape, and works great. Had a scratch or 2 on it but no issues with performance. I would purchase refurbs again if the need arises. Would like the shop that did the work to contact me if possible

+ Scans pages quickly, without fuss, good Linux compatibility. - Often pulls in multiple pages at once, gets jammed sometimes.
