The belly band is definitely beneficial. I am almost to my 3rd trimester now and it has helped me to be more comfortable walking around. It is stretchy and breathable. The back support helps while I sit at work all day. My only downside is it was hard to choose a size and i feel i may have gotten the wrong one as it doesn’t always fit the best with how stretchy the elastic is.

I got a size 51” and I can say this is why l give it three stars because this is a maternity product the size being in maternity expectancy could be better to fit under belly once other trimesters hit .
