It’s a perfect combination of all biryani spices. If you do not have the individual spices required to make biryani, i recommend buying this biryani mix. I added it in while cooking my chicken and then added cooked basmati rice and let is all cook on low flame. It turned out really well and tasted amazing. Simplest and fastest way of making biryani. Fool proof if you are a beginner! I used only half a jar while making my biryani as I was making only for 2 people. Use whole jar if you are making a big batch. it can also be used for other recipes like chicken/meat curry. Tastes great!

As Asian who does not know how to prepare a Biryani this Maggi Briyani Mix is your saviour. :) It taste authentic biryani -just follow the recipe/direction as per bottle. Highly recommended it for easy cooking!

Not the most authentic of biryani flavours but it’s very convenient! Marinated chicken with this biryani mix and yoghurt, cooked it and layered it with cooked rice. Saved me a lot of time and made for a hearty, tasty dish. Will definitely be trying other Maggi mixes as well.
