I bought these due to brain fog and tiredness. I can honestly say that they do give me more focus and slightly better memory. I’m also taking them as a precaution for dementia - if it helps then they are worth every penny. A little expensive but I know the brand is good quality because I have been taking the ashwaganda for quite a while now which really works for me.

I started taking Bacopa mainly to manage my (mild) anxiety, improve cognitive function and memory. It's been only 10 days but I feel like I'm already experiencing the benefits on some level. I noticed that I fall asleep much easier at night and during the day gives me more energy, I no longer need a second cup of coffee to be ready for the day which is great :) I'm more focused at work, and truly seems to help with anxiety too! I had no side effects whatsoever, it's great value for money and I love that it's suitable for vegetarians. I'm very excited about this product and will continue using it. Will update after 3 weeks.

Great product but dont fall for their code, its its 10% discount, they just want you to buy the product from their website. All they will do is take your personal details. Otherwise the product is good.

For me, Organic Bacopa from True Vida, has been a game changer. I've been taking a capsule in the morning and evening and after only 2 weeks I have noticed big changes. I have far less brain fog, I can concentrate better and my memory has improved. I can complete tasks without getting side tracked and forgetting things as much. I love that the product is organic. The packaging comes with a tamper proof seal, plastic wrap around the lid and a seal on the bottle, all very reassuring.

I have been taking this supplement for couple of years. The cost is higher than most of it kind. I hv tried other brands if similar product but I always come back to True Veda Organic Bacopa. I only wish they wd lower their price.
