It is worth it!
This little machine works very well! + and - below +FAST! You set the timer for wash and spin cycles. I used different time sets, and things turned out good whether wash was 5 minutes or more than 10. Spinner didn't need more than 3 minutes for most things. +THOROUGH! I don't know if my things were ever really clean before because the water always showed either dirt or dye in it for used clothes that I haven't worn to hike lately. The spinner leaves items slightly damp after a few minutes which is pretty amazing since I've used dryers before that left clothes damp after an hour's cycle with heat. +VERSATILE! It has handles on the sides to lift and carry it for use and storage. It looks like a child's play set. +QUIET! It is quieter than regular machines to my ears. -Small and not automatic. You're the cycle changer! It is not set and forget. You select when it drains, how long it runs, and move everything to the spinner. No doing other things while laundry gets done cycling. It is fast, but you're the cycle changer!I have done a couple of towels with a couple shirts and socks in one load that worked fine to give an idea of machine capacity. I never filled it as full as it looked like it could go, so it is possible more could be done in a load. The manufacturer describes load capacity by weight but I have no idea what things weigh so pretty much just try it and see what it can handle!! You add the water then turn off the water source. When the machine stops agitating due to the wash time being reached, you turn on the drain function. When it is done draining, you turn off the drain function. There is no alert or auto stop for that, only your eyes. If it stays on drain with nothing to drain, it can mess up the motor. The rinse cycle is the same thing just don't add soap! The spinner has a hose attachment for water input. I haven't yet used it because the instructions didn't describe that and it can't hold as much weight so I haven't used that inlet to see if there is a benefit to that vs. a 2nd rinse cycle in the main tub. -Hoses and cord are short. It would be good to get extensions for the hoses and an extension cord for the power cord and/or a good stand for the machine so those things can reach sinks and faucets more easily. There is a holder that keeps the drain hose in place if you use a bucket or can reach your sink with the drain hose. I did not have those things so used the setup in my pictures. -The spinner capacity is about half of the washer capacity. It is so fast that this doesn't matter too much, but you are reaching into one tub to put things in it twice for every load washed. -Wrinkles. It isn't as bad as you'd think, but there is no fluff or nice dryer sheet scent added in. Shaping it when damp and ironing when dry is needed for fewer wrinkles if you don't have a dryer to finish the process. Some things are nearly dry when they are done from the spinner so wrinkles are likely. OVERALL: I'M IMPRESSED! I didn't realize they had washers w/out hookups that weren't something I'd need to spin manually or pump until I started seeing videos of RV people talking about their rigs and low power machines. The spinner is impressive to me. The clothes go from sopping wet to almost dry in a couple of minutes. I am glad my clothes seem cleaner now than ever before. It makes me feel bad for all the power used to have them less clean before from standard machines! I might still get a dryer because I do like throwing things in the dryer to dewrinkle and how they smell from dryer sheets fluffing them up. I have never really used fabric softener on purpose so don't know how that might work in these machines. It might add that scent. I'll probably get hose and claim extensions or a stand to add versatility since it was not easy to have to have things backwards with what worked in my space. The machine itself, though, is great! You might not need anything else to set it up more conveniently. It's cute, too.

Great Washer and some tips.
My wife and I live in a 3rd story apartment. This works fantastic in a small space. Our first one washer and dryer lasted us 4 years. Unfortunately the water pump died. We just got our second one and itโs still a bang for the buck. Cleans clothes, spin dry, and hang up to dry. It looks great and perfect for leaving in a corner when not in use. Some notes for anyone wanting to buy one for an apartment: 1.You may want to purchase tubing or a better quality hose for the drain and water inlet as they tend to not last under frequent moving and use. For us I replaced all hoses with fiber reinforced tubing and quick disconnects for $20. 2. Find a good thick matting or rug to put under as sometimes pending on load size it can grumble a bit. Other than that Great product and could not be happier!! 5 star!

PERFECT for apartment dwellers!
I have trialed and errored this thing for 9 months so you wont have to! If you are on the fence about getting one of these washers I suggest you look them up on tiktok - you will find alot of brands and reviews. I ultimately chose this one because of its larger size AND because it has a drain pump to help push the water out (some of them only drain by gravity) First I'll start with the tricks I've learned that make this thing much easier to use SHOWER HEAD - the little hose it comes with is okay, but it takes around 10 minutes to fill up that way and getting it to stay on the sink without falling off or leaking is a pain. Getting a deatchable shower heard cut fill time to about 4 minutes. DRAIN HOSE - FIRST - its probably better to drain it in the toilet due to the amount of lint that drains out with the dirty water. If not, make sure you have a hair catcher or something over your drain so you can stop the excess lint going down the tub drain. I clogged my drain a couple times before I learned this less. i ALSO didnt realize until about a month ago that you can turn the washer over and move the drain hose from the right to the left side depending on where you want to drain it. So for a while I was moving it back and forth to fill it and drain it, but now I've got that figured out. EXTENSION CORD - the cord on this is pretty short so an extension cord will probably be neccesary. SHOWER ROD and BOX FAX - get a second shower rod and hang your clothes there, set up a box fan to speed up drying. If you get a drying rack, use it for small things or you will run out of room fast. Now the actual review - I freaking love this little washer. You do have to kind of "babysit" it - meaning you have to manually fit it up, run it for 15 minutes, drain it, manually fill it up and run it again to rinse the clothes, drain it, then manually spin it. But it beats always going to the laundry mat. The larger size is ideal for me because I can do about a half of a full basket of laundry at the time - i just cant spin it all at once so I usually spin half (1 to 3 times depending how much water the items are holding on it) then while im spinning the second half of the load I start refilling it with water to start the next load. You dont need to use very much laundry soap at all! I am guilty of using too much in normal machines but you need very little for this washer. Same with softener (add that to the rinse cycle). Its a little heavy because of its bigger size so its kind of a pain to move it back into the closet when im done, but if you have a larger bathroom you might not even need to move it. ADHDers beware - dont walk away from this thing while youre filling it up UNLESS you have the drain hose set up where it will drain to already. I overfilled this twice and slightly flooded my bathroom because I walked away from it without setting a timer. The good news is that when it overflows its draining from the hose, so if you set up the hose where its in the tub or toilet already, it wont overflow onto the floor. When im done with it, I hoist it up on the side of the bathtub so that the drain hose is completely below it and drain the last bit of water into the bathtub. The pump is strong but theres always a little water left at the bottom so this step is neccesary to make sure theres no water in the bottom when you put it away. I generally dont wash blankets or bedding in it (aside from pillow cases) mostly because I dont have the space to hang them to dry really. But I have seen reviews on tiktok of people who do so it might be possible! it also just depends on if the blanket would fit into the spin side when its fully wet. Ill end my review by saying this - while the washer is AMAZING - sometimes it will be easier to still go to the laundry mat if you have alot of laundry to do. It takes about 1-1.5 hours for me to do a load (with distractions and multitasking of course) so if I have a weeks worth of clothes for two people to wash, it may be an all day activity to get it done in the little washer. But I will still be using this thing the majority of the time.

Don't buy it. Return shipping costs more than the product
DO NOT buy this washing machine. Also, since it's NOT shipped by Amazon, you WILL have to pay for shipping fees. Shipping fees cost more than the washing machine due to the size and weight, so you're really just stuck with this. This washing machine has A LOT of shortcomings that makes it unrealistic for use. CONS: 1) The water inlet hose does not work well. Either: the water enters the pipe and gets stuck somewhere in the plastic pipe, or the water trickles in at a very slow pace because of the small size of the inlet pipe. You need to use buckets to pour water in. The manual also mentions using buckets. If you're strong and able bodied, that may not be an issue. But if you're not very strong or disabled, this is going to be a huge problem. 2) It's pretty darn loud. Imagine a helicopter taking off right next to you. That's how loud the motor is. The YouTube videos on this doesn't capture just how loud it is. It's really really loud. If someone stood outside your apartment and listened, they'll definitely hear it. 3) You can only use a small dash of detergent. Imagine drizzling a bit of dressing on your salads. That's how little you can use. Any more than that and the detergent foams up and you need to spend forever scooping it out. No I'm not exaggerating. I literarily just finished scooping out a ton of detergent foam before I sat down to write this review. 4) The water doesn't drain completely out of the outlet pipe. You need to lift the machine up, brace it on the edge of your tub and let gravity pull the excess water out. If you don't have a tub, you need a drain that is on a lower level so that gravity will allow the water to flow out. Again, if you're able bodied and fairly strong, this may not be an issue. But if you're not, this is a huge problem. 5) I have a lot of extension cords, so I didn't find this to be a huge problem. But the power cord is quite short. Around 3-4 feet. 6) The washing machine did accurately list its size and dimensions. It's not as small as you think it is. It's also fairly heavy. I needed another person to help me move it to where I wanted it to be. It's not easy to put away for storage. You'll have to find a place to fixate it and leave it there. PROS: 1) The only thing I DID like was the spin dryer. I only needed to set it to 1 - 2 minutes to wring water out of my clothes. Since I cannot return it, I'm really just washing my clothes in the sink and spin drying it so that I don't have to wring the clothes. 2) You won't be getting a used machine because the seller doesn't pay for return shipping and return shipping costs more than the machine itself due to weight and size. I literarily live in the same state where the shipper's warehouse is located and the shipping is well over $170 on UPS. FedEx and USPS was far more than that. In summary, don't buy it. Spend the extra money and get a proper washing machine.

Weight of Clothes matter in this machine, not just quantity!
Let me start by sharing I do have laundry hookups in my basement, a good bit of space down there and a floor drain (but no vent to outside and no windows that open down there). I do not live in an apartment, but a very old house. However, due to issues with a basement wall where my stairway is buckling in (I now have braces installed courtesy of foundation repair people) I can not fit more than 21" width of anything down the stairs. I had been going to the laundromat for the last 20 years. I am caring for a disabled husband now and I do not have the time to run back and forth to the laundromat. I also did not want to hassle with finding a way to hook up laundry hoses to my kitchen sink and our sink drain is a problem. My upstairs bathroom is tiny and has no electric outlets. The solution then was a twin tub portable mini washing machine in my basement and a separate spin dryer. I actually like that this takes some manual labor as I have more control over how much water to add, how long to wash and rinse, how much to drain at a time and so on. I have done two loads of laundry so far and have learned a few things. One, just because the capacity of this machine is 18 lbs in the wash tub, that does NOT mean you should put that much in at a time. Heavier clothing items should be washed separately in a small load. I originally planned on a "medium load" that filled a small round laundry basket, but within minutes of starting the wash I could see this was too much, even though only 1/2 the tub was filled with clothes. I had several pairs of heavy pants in there and a few heavier towels along with some shirts, underwear, songs, and a pair of long johns. I removed the towels and pants and turned this into two loads of laundry. It worked far better this way, not tanging my clothes and shaking the machine due to the weight of the laundry. The second problem I encountered was the lint filter in the tub kept popping off, even when I adjusted my load to a smaller load and kept the water level no more than halfway up the tub. The only way I could make it stay in was to wrap two rubber bands around the top and bottom of the lint trap and then insert it back in. This worked beautifully. I don't know if this is a problem with all these machines or just mine but as long as I found a way to keep it in I am ok. Once I figured out those issues everything else went very smoothly. I do not use the inlet hose at all. I bought a small laundry hose for $10 at a hardware store that fits nicely to my universal cold water hookup/faucet and I simply use that hose to fill my tub as needed. I do not hook it to my washing machine, I just hold it and fill the tub. it only takes about one minute to fill 1/2 way. I could have run the drain hose directly to my floor drain, but again that drain can be testy so I have a large laundry bucket on the side of my washing machine to drain water in, and then I later tip that and drain it VERY SLOWLY into my floor drain (residue sinks to the bottom so I can catch some of it that way too so it doesn't go in the drain). Its an extra step but ensures I will not clog a drain with too much water at once. I added a mesh wire lint filter (from a package of five) I bought for $5 at Menards on the end of the drain hose and it catches a lot of lint/hair etc. I did notice a small amount of lint on my clothes from the washing machine and I still have yet to figure out what to add to the lint trap in the washing machine to catch more of that. It wasn't a huge amount but noticeable. The washing machine agitated my clothes very well and created a lot of soap suds. I did try the spinner and it worked decently, no problems at all. I use it as a rinse (added a little water and did a spin cycle in it), and then after draining the wash tub I add more clean water and rinse my clothes again in the washer. My final spin I do in my Panda spin dryer as it is much larger and more powerful than the little spin dryer on the Auertech machine. I hang my clothes upstairs in our spare bedroom on drying racks. So far this system is working very well for me. If I need to wash large blankets, I can hand wash those in my bathtub and throw one at a time in my panda spin dryer. Everything else (aside from coats) I can wash in my Auertech. I don't need a dryer and I hate how those damage clothes anyway. I have always hung at least 3/4 of my clothes dry even at the laundromat. This was a very reasonably priced machine and is powerful for the price. My clothes did come out very clean and fresh, but slightly stiff as I think I used too much soap. Definitely a learning curve with this! I only used a half a capful but now I think I need even less for a small load. The plan is to wash an average of 3 small loads per week between my husband and I (we are frugal with clothes and re wear stuff more than once before washing). Each cycle/load takes about 45 minutes from start to done hanging clothes on a rack after spin drying. This beats a fifteen minute drive to the laundromat, waiting around for loads there about an hour, and hauling it back to the house another fifteen minutes. I don't have to deal with traffic, crowds, finding an open washer and dryer and spending $$$. My takeaway is that this machine works well if you baby it and do smaller loads at a time. I can see that the drain hose is very delicate so I am extra careful with it and I also hang on to it a bit when I am draining the tub. This is another reason for not having it directly on the floor running to the drain. I definitely stay around my units the entire time I am washing and never walk away. But it goes fast as I am always doing something. Overall I am happy with this unit. It fits my needs. It will come in handy during blizzards in the winter as I don't have to leave my house now!

Absolute lifesaver!
This machine is a beast and an absolute lifesaver. I use this once a week for about 7-8 hours straight to get all of my household laundry done, and it has been AMAZING. Our slumlord left us a useless washing machine that leaks and rots the floor, so this was a risk we had to take, and I am SO GLAD that we did!! I can fit a large, full-size mattress quilt or fleece blanket in here with a few more things on top, and it still spins like a dream. As long as you divy up your laundry and don't over-fill, you're good to go. It has a great lint catcher, it's SO easy to hook up (literally just plug it in), and we've started to just use a bucket and the faucet in the shower to fill it up (just a lot faster than the included hose). Draining is easy (into a bucket), and the spin cycle - THE SPIN CYCLE. Your clothes will be next to dry after using the full five minutes. It's easy to move around and you only need one person to do so. I'd love if it had wheels on the bottom, but I get that with shaking around that wouldn't really be ideal, lol. If you're in need of a washing machine, DO IT!!! BUY IT!! Don't hesitate, because it is so worth every penny!

Convenient and it works!
I donโt usually write reviews but I gotta say this little washer/spinner is wonderful! Itโs small and great for apartments or small spaces. I have a washer dryer hookup in my apartment but didnโt want the cost of new units or the risk of used so I tried this. I hooked the hose up to my hot water spigot and it works like a dream. I can easily do about 8 tshirts in a load but have to spin just 4 at a time. The spin gets them to just damp and I hang them on a drying rack with a fan blowing for the full dry. I do have to iron a few things but I donโt mind. And I still take blankets and such to the laundromat but I no longer have to trek there once a week. Itโs not super heavy and can be moved fairly easily. It drains well but donโt go too far for too long when draining so as not to burn out the pump. It isnโt quiet but it isnโt majorly loud. (I put mine on a mat to soften the noise.) and it doesnโt take long to wash or spin so the noise is short lived. Also the seller is amazing and responsive! I emailed about getting a hose for the cold water spigot as they only sent one intake hose. (There are two intake ports on this machine) However the intake on the spinner side puts water into the spinner itself NOT in the wash side, not sure why you would want that? Anyway I also mentioned that I didnโt receive a user manual or any instructions. The seller replied within a couple of days and sent me an intake hose and clamps AND a belt for the pump and instructions! If youโre looking to ditch the laundromat and donโt produce a lot of laundry weekly then I would definitely recommend this product! Itโs affordable and handy. Iโm looking at getting a baby dryer because I will say that clothes donโt come out as soft and fluffy with this setup as they do after being in a tumble dryer.

Very nice
This is the second one I've bought. The first one still works after 4 or 5 years with the exception of the spinner lid breaking si that I have to manually pull a ribbon and lift a lever. I would say it's well worth the money and that's why I chose this brand again.

I LOVE My Washer!
I researched for a very long time before I settled on a washing machine. My apartment is small and I am always trying to maximize my space. This washer actually fits in my bathroom next to the bathtub, which is convenient when it comes to filling and draining the washer. Clothes come out clean and only take 15 minutes to wash and less than 5 minutes to spin. I work in an office so my clothes donโt super dirty. If my clothes did get dirty, I would just run the washer twice. If the spinner is unbalanced, the clothes need a little adjustment. I am completely happy with my purchase.

The electrical cord is too short - make it longer - eight feet would be better.
Tried to plug into the kitchen electrical outlet but could barely plug it in. Moved the washer to another room with a lower electrical outlet, much better. Did my first wash, using cold water and he liquid detergent. Everything worked fine. Suggest the manufacturer install longer electrical cord, say eight feet, which would make it easier to use in the kitchen. I am pleased with this machine.

time saving washer
amazing wash, every wash turns out clean. and time saving unlike my previous automatic washer. i love the spinner part where you can do the rinse at the same time. it cuts my time more than half. amazing product. hopefully it dont breaks down after a year.

ALMOST amazing!
I'm a very honest person, so there's a few problems with this machine's accessories. LINT TRAP- I dropped the lint trap accidentally one time and unfortunately because it is made of solid cheap plastic, one side of the hinge that keeps both parts together snapped off. It's still useable, it just falls apart occasionally. I think using a metal hinge would've fixed this issue easily. DRAIN HOSE- The hook to attach/store the drain hose against the side of the machine is not long enough, it allows the hose to fall off quite easily. SPIN DRYER- This thing is AMAZING. It gets everything in it almost bone dry in about 3 minutes. HOWEVER... it's extremely touchy. If it's in the slightest off balance, or the load in it is a bit too light, it will either make the dryer basket beat loudly against the inside of the machine or cause the entire machine to hop across the floor like a jumping bean. Not a huge deal, but can be really annoying. Now for the review of the actual washing function- it cleans better than any full sized washer I've ever used, and I wouldn't trade it for a full sized washer either. Throw a little bit of pre-dissolved oxiclean in the washing drum and it will get your clothes as clean as they were when you got them off the store rack. After spin drying my clothes, they take half an hour or less to fully dry on a drying rack. The machine has some design hiccups, but overall it's an EXTREMELY good buy and I thank god I have it every day. P.S: I wouldn't fill the washing drum past the top of the lint trap with water. If you need to do more than that, you've overloaded the washer (I have the 28lbs version). I personally have NEVER had it overheat and shut off/timeout on me this way. Also for the love of god do NOT use fabric softener in this machine, it will break it like it will break any washer and will ruin your clothes. White vinegar is an inexpensive alternative for fabric softener and cleans the machine in the process (no it will not make your stuff smell like vinegar ;p). Happy washing, I hope this review helps anyone that was waffling over the decision to purchase. :)
