What is the " Natural Flavor" they list in ingredients.? It's kind of mysterious in trying to find healthy treats for our fur kids

I don't know, they only list it as natural flavor but didn't state what flavor. The rest of the ingredients are listed without any of the unpronounceable chemicals one usually find in foods.

So are they made with us ingredients or globally sourced ones? first it says global, then usa. and where exactly are they sourced? china?

The Pumpkin & Cranberry are made with US Ingredients. Not sourced from China. The globally sourced can refer to like the bananas or mango being from places like Mexico, where the US doesn't have suppliers for this.

are these hypoallergenic?

Hi Stephen, well before I am answering, I went to this product, read all the info, no where does it say hypoallergenic at all. Just natural ingredients. My pups like love these, they are small pups too. I hope this answer helps somewhat, however, if I were you and wanted to know for sure, I would contact the company directly to ask this questions and who knows, maybe they would then add this info to their products, win win, yes? :) I also researched hypoallergenic dogs and hypoallergenic dog food and also dog treats, products are out there, not sure about this brand for you.
