No good for me.
Arrived with damage to the screen protector like it was used before. I over looked that and hooked it to a 2006 yaris (in the UK) and the vehicle didnt exist so tried to manually add it by make model engine etc and still didnt have the exact match so tried a couple other vehicles and it seemed to partially work on 2015 > onwards (Ford seems the most compatible) anyway my cheap reader seems more compatable than this thing and have returned for refund due to damage and not working for my needs. Arrived fast and for ford prob great but unable to use on the vehicles i needed it for so 3 stars on that basis.

What you paid for is not what you get
I bought this icarsoft crmax Bt , mainly for 2 jobs . Firstly I need to delete a airbag foul on a nissan qashqai j10 Reg 2012 , and decently for an renault clio 3 to replace and recoding an injector. I've contacted the seller before I purchased the tool , he never replied. I received it , but hasn't done the jobs. I contacted the seller again, he don't really to my messages ... Disappointed 1

No good for vauxhall.
I used a product to diagnose my 13 plate astra in UK: Negatives: This is based on my experience with my car: It identifies the vehicle as a 2009 cascada. It doesn't read all vauxhall codes . It doesn't allow me to manually select the right engine code for my car. Positives: It looks and feels well made. Responsive screen. Lot's of functions so seems like a good value for money. I can't get a read on my car so this is no good for me. I don't know how it works with other vehicles so sadly will vbe returning it.

Good but didnt do what i needed
Seemed good but unfortunately it wouldnt do a Dpf regeneration on a 2009-10 vw passat. Just would not connect and let me into the dpf part so ive sent it back, waiting on my refund from amazon. Ive been recommended to buy an Autel so going down that route.

No charging port
It looks like the charging port has felt out within the first month of owning the product

Fell at the first hurdle
Won't update to latest software. Can't even see my wi-fi, let alone connect to it. I tried with two other wi-fi networks, which also didn't work.

Överträffade mina förväntningar – klart bättre än CR Pro
Jag har tidigare använt iCarSoft CR Pro, men den hade begränsad funktionalitet på Toyota RAV4 hybrid och kunde inte alls kommunicera med RAV4 plug-in hybrid – trots att alla uppdateringar var installerade. Letade därför efter ett mer kraftfullt OBD2-verktyg och bestämde mig för att ge CR Max en chans. Det visade sig vara ett riktigt bra val. CR Max scannade igenom betydligt fler system än jag förväntade mig och hittade felkoder jag inte ens visste fanns. Gränssnittet är tydligt, skärmen responsiv och det känns som ett rejält lyft jämfört med tidigare modeller. För dig som har Toyota hybrid eller plug-in: den här modellen gör jobbet.

Tolles Gerät, das sehr viel kann. Habe hier annähernd alle Möglichkeiten, die das Fahrzeug hergibt. Ist natürlich auch von Fahrzeug zu Fahrzeug verschieden. Ich habe den Kauf keine Sekunde bereut. Der Verkäufer top mit schnellem Versand.
