Works great!
I love this product! I've been taking it for years and it helps me so much. There are bad days and I have to up my pills to 2 in the morning. I do want to comment on someones comment about it reducing estrogen. I looked it up and it says it supports liver phase I and phase II detoxification enzymes that help metabolize and clear excess estrogen from the body, not decrease estrogen. That is two totally different topics. Using a holistic approach for my reflux is way better than popping acid reducers

Strange name but it works.
For those who want to get away from reducing stomach acid (which is really dumb when you think about it) but need to control that feeling of hearburn, this product is amazing. Yup, if you burp it is like getting a blast of orange peel, but that isn't a bad thing, is it? Give this product a try.

"Common side effects include stomach upset and reflux"
I had a lot of hopes for these Orange Burps what with all the positive reviews but they just aren't working for me. In fact they are making the acid reflux/heartburn worse than I've had it in a long time. The first few times I took this it gave me a stomachache, so I stopped taking for a few days. Then I thought I'd try again but take it before I ate rather than after and it seemed to prevent the stomachache, also no heartburn. I continued doing this for a few days and felt like maybe I was having acid reflux more than usual but didn't attribute it to the Orange Burps. As a way to "help" the acid reflux I went ahead and took 2 yesterday with my meal and ended up with the worst heartburn I've had in many years all night long and even into today. I actually wasn't thinking it was the Orange Burps so I took another one hoping it would help but then it got worse and nothing is making it better. So I've been researching and found this (from verywellhealth website) about D-Limonene "Common side effects include stomach upset and reflux". Huh? I absolutely would not recommend this but if you want to try since there are so many positive reviews just be aware it may make you feel way worse.

A bittersweet experience. My throat was on fire.
My experience was mixed. I took two pills as directed and woke up at 4:30 a.m., wheezing and choking, unsure of what was happening. After drinking water and vomiting, I felt much better. These tiny gel caps are very, very strong. I repeat, very strong!!!! It seemed the pill’s ingredients and acid reflux brought up unexpected mucus, almost like a detox. Despite an orange taste in my mouth all day, I haven't needed antacids or had nighttime reflux for four days. Typically, I rely on sodium bicarbonate and Phazyme daily. Now, I plan to try a lower dose once a week, noting that daily use of Orange Oil-D-limonene isn’t recommended. While these two pills eased a year of gastrointestinal issues, it’s unclear if this is a lasting solution. Note* I have not experienced any episodes of acid reflux during the night. To evaluate this further, I consumed ice cream and a beverage containing Bacardi, yet did not encounter any symptoms.
