The Fugitive Prince: A Tharian Tale

An fresh take on adventure. I like the author's flexibility with metaphors. If i had to describe it using a metaphor i'd say: It makes me feel like I'm bouncing on clouds of description each taking me higher into the world and story. Part of the story had me riled, but I guess that would have to mean I was taken in by it.

I tried really hard to get into this book, but just could not seem to connect with it at all. It wasn't really anything the author did wrong per say, I think it was more just not my style of writing. I felt there was too much description in some parts, and not enough in other. I was disconnected from the first page, and DNF honestly. Very compelling story with good voices from the different characters. It is a bit slow to start but has a good climax and ending

The descriptions of surroundings were abit too much. It was a slow start for me however I found it interesting enough to keep going and the story grew.

What to dislike?
