worst mobile i have ever bought
appreciate this is very cheap although had to send it back. still waiting on a refund as apparently only the seller can authorise this after a lot of waiting on replies and still unsure as to whether the money will come back in full. needed a cheap phone to setup android texting via my laptop although my laptop does not recognise it has android OS on. worst thing is how long it takes to respond. every time you press a button, about 2 or 3 seconds later it types the character. awful! the brightness also is very dim and you have to hold it at a certain angle to see anything on it. back is flimsy and will break. do not buy!

Why was there not a charger with the phone .
Bought phone for a friend but it doesn't have a charger with it why never had a phone without one.

A OK product
To be honest haven't really used it yet. Bought it to use as a cheap phone to take business calls, which it works well for.

Easy to use phone , neatly packaged, charger included- easy to download YouTube/ messenger
Love it a mix of old ad new. Once you get past googles set up- it Has all internet needs to download apps you need as well as Bluetooth/fm radio and phone. Very happy : ) Put old sim in easily

It's tiny!
Returned for a full refund. Tried to use it as a backup phone while my own was being repaired but it was so small compared to my normal phone and just didn't want to work when I tried to top up the sim card. Wasn't compatible with a few apps I use regularly so it hada to go back. It's probably fine for a very young child or an elderly person who just needs a contact number but not very good if you want to use apps.

Dont think is particulraly user friendly
Struggling to get activated, not user friendly, difficult to set up....not enjoying the product and have left to one side until a time I may the the patience to deal with....not sure I will!!!!

Nicht für den deutschen Markt geeignet
Habe versucht SIM-Karte einzulegen. Unmöglich!!! Schlitz zu klein (schmal) Vermute das Produkt ist für den englischen Markt gedacht. Warum bietet man es in Deutschland an???

je l'ai acheté pour mon conjoint qui n'est pas à l'aise avec les smartphones, pas facile à configurer, mauvais son j'ai été obligé de le changer rapidement
