Reliable and effective sauna
This portable sauna gets the sweat on! Was easy to assemble. Good quality and efficient. Lightweight, I can easily move to get around it. Heats up to temperature in 15-20 minutes. I had a cedar personal sauna before and besides the smell don’t feel like I am missing anything by having this one instead. The infrared heat feels great on my chronic pain. I get a great detox from it. I leave the zipper open a bit for airflow and oxygen. The first time it smelled like plastic awfully but went away after that. I hold the door open after I use it and spray rubbing alcohol in the sauna to kill any bacteria from me sweating in it and to let it air out before I close it again and always keep the zipper about 6-8 inches open for air circulation. I also have a sauna bag so I can lie down and get my sauna on, learned I can sweat more if I keep an ice pack on my neck with that. Helps tolerate the heat better. And I take a water bottle in with me and drink the whole thing. Helps stay hydrated and sweat better.

Portable Infrared Sauna
Absolutely love my Sauna. Yes it was little difficult to put em together, but that’s due to my own condition otherwise it’s a great unit. I use it everyday. I will highly recommend.

A good starter sauna for the price
It was really easy to set up and then break down. I had it in my basement at first then moved it all the up to the loft 3 floors above. It's lightweight and easy to carry. I was concerned about the plastic smell the first 2-3 times I used it - probably not good for me. I don't smell it anymore. The goal for me was to buy this relatively inexpensive sauna to see if I actually liked sitting in one. I do and I plan to build/buy a permanent structure at some point. I'm just over 6' and this is cramped. If you're 6'1" or taller, you probably won't fit very comfortably in this product.

It seriously detoxify your body!!!
This is great and inexpensive product given the amount of benefits it gives you. Based on my research dry and infrared sauna surpasses lots of benefits compare to traditional or steam sauna. The heat goes up to 140 and I can’t even stay very long when it is at 125-127 degrees. It seriously detoxify your body.

its ok
just put this together, took about an hour, the instructions are garbage. pay attn to the metal corners making sure u put the lil rubber pad down on the bottom and up towards the ceiling. they dont mention this. also the heating panels should have wiring facing out away from user, i contacted support on that one. the heating panels should also have a better way to attach as they do sag maybe a long strip or 2 of velcro to the upper steel poles the pics are a lil deceiving as the panels dont glow red the only red is from the led light at top fyi which isnt the greatest light, wish it had a reg white bulb in it tbh all in all this unit is alright. will probably use it to see if it helps and go with a more permanent sauna next

Very good portable sauna (much better than expected)
I was very skeptical about this sauna. But it's actually a great product for the money. I use it in a small room with a temperature of 73 degrees. The sauna heats up to 140 degrees in about 15-20 minutes. When inside, the average temperature fluctuates between 136-140 degrees. If you spend at least 15 minutes in the sauna after it heats up, the effect is amazing. I highly recommend this sauna if you need a temporary, inexpensive sauna or are limited in space.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!
I have been using infrared saunas for over 15 years. I have spent up to $6000 for 1 particular infrared sauna. This is the first time I have used a sauna that cost under $500. I had no idea how absolutely amazing this sauna is, until I used it. I have used this sauna 3 to 4 times and have already lost over 5 pounds and my joints feel so much better. If I knew about this sauna earlier, I could have saved myself, thousands of dollars from using a different sauna. Also, this sauna does not require an electrician to rewire your outlet. This is a must have if you care about detoxing your body. It is a full spectrum sauna the best of the best. I am an authentic customer and received no discount, benefits, free products or compensation in any shape form of fashion for my honest review

If you love a 'hot box', it's for you!
Easy setup. I absolutely love it. It hits 120° at my 40 minute serenity time. I've not stayed in longer to be able to validate any temps warmer than that. I love the HOT and highly recommend. Be sure to have water before or while enjoying. I practice learning anther language to multitask. :-)

So far so good, we use it at least 3 times a week, 3 of us and have no complaints . Very easy to install. I understand there’s a reason for the little window being high, but if it would be lower, you could watch tv while sitting in the chair.( I know, how lazy of me) but I get bored fast and personally didn’t want to take electronics inside, but you could. I do recommend it, we are pleased.
