exactly what I expected...
The Juki MO6814s is exactly what I expected it to be. Machine arrived about a week earlier than stated so was pleasantly surprised by that. The table came unassembled, but I knew that when I purchased it. No instructions included for assembly, which was also in print. Figured I'd figure it out with the help of YouTube. Not a lot out there on assembling the table/machine, but I managed. It really helped when I realized that my Juki 8700 was sitting in the same style table, so at least I had a visual to follow. Only real complaint I have is that the treadle pedal was missing, but customer service was great and I got one sent to me in a few days. I put together the entire table/machine assembly without any help. FWIW, I am 68 years old and not the most mechanically inclined but it's been 2 weeks now and the machine is still standing and sews beautifully... just gotta have some patience and perseverance -- Was the best price on the internet w/free prime shipping and saved a few hundred $$ by assembling myself.

Machine is great but costumer service horrendous
Machine is great. But costumer service horrendous. I miss a box that came 3 days later all broken with missing parts. Contact seller abs I'm still waiting for their response.

Works like a charm!Assembly is rather difficult and time consuming but it's worth it.

Excellent Machine
Beautiful machine and great customer service as well! Seller was very helpful on giving professional advice about the machine. There’s an additional fee of $400 if you want the table set-up just ready to mount the machine, but it’s well worth the price, and I don’t regret paying it. You receive the table perfectly assembled and ready to mount the machine. Unless you or someone else really knows how to do it, it’s a necessary investment if you want to save yourself a full day of trouble and risking not doing it right. As far as the machine itself, I’m no expert on technical terms, but all I can say is that it is the best investment any seamstress can make if you want perfect garments. Overall very pleased so far.

Worst purchase
Instructions are terrible, table doesn’t fit with the pieces provided. We’ve had this for 6 weeks and still haven’t gotten it fully together after waiting for the other boxes to be shipped correctly and getting our own pieces to rig the table together just to make it work. Hopefully the actual machine works well enough to make it worth it.
