Bluetoothじゃないのがきた
Bluetooth接続と謳っていたので購入したのですが、届いたのを早速開梱して使おうと思ったら、そこの部分にレシーバーらしきものが。はじめは充電用の？とか思ったけど、Bluetoothのデバイス追加では見つからないし、レシーバー繋ぐと使える。間違いなく無線式ってやつ？商品ページのマウスの裏にはレシーバー格納の部分なんか写ってないのに、こっちにはある。カスタマーセンターに連絡すると、噛み合わないチャットの末、ショップからの回答待ちまでこぎつけて翌日には返金の連絡が来ました。対応は早くていいんだけど、マウスも使いやすかったけど、返金じゃなくBluetoothのと交換してくれれば嬉しいんだけど。
