The wrong size and it has a US plug. Converting voltage from US item to UK (especially when its a heating device) can only be done safely with a voltage converter (given the UK uses almost double voltage) not just an adaptor therefore under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 this item is not fit for purpose. Don't waste your time and money. I've reported this to Amazon who I hope will act on this.

Really brilliant press. Works great with and without the app. Does exactly what you expect.

Shipped with a USA plug on it and only suitable for USA voltage, completely useless for the UK. Waste of time and money. Don’t waste your time but direct from Cricut. If you have a paid subscription it’s also cheaper than here, bought mine right after returning this one

Why are Cricut selling items for the US Domestic Market, US plug and US voltage requirements. It makes no sense. Item returned within minutes of opening. Make sure you buy the correct version for the UK, UK Plug and UK 220-240v!

This was brought as a present for my partner amd she loves it. It's so easy to use and you can't go wrong as the app controls everything via Bluetooth. In the app you tell it what vinyl your using what type if material your pressing on and away you go, the easypress will do the rest. The choices of creation is endless, make your own t-shirts, bags etc..

Product does not work , keeps coming up fault error 05. Tried to contact Cricut , no response at all, still waiting for a response for about two weeks now, the warranty and product is not fit for purpose, would like to return the product

N'achetez pas en Union Européenne !! Ce n'est ni la bonne prise ni le bon voltage. Il faut un transformateur pour pouvoir l'utiliser (même un adaptateur c'est pas bon, vous risquez un incendie ou de griller l'appareil). Faites attention c'est dangereux et ce n'est pas noté dans l'annonce !!

Fa il suo lavoro splendidamente. È semplicissimo da operare e fissa i colori e le magliette stampate perfettamente.

The product's label says it works on a 220 V network, but the product was delivered for an American network, so it cannot be used in the EU with a plug. Also, there is a sticker on the product that says it works on 127 V, not 220 V.

So easy to use and great outcomes..
