If temp is under 450 degrees F....this Elite Gourmet Oven might work if it can fit inside....use tin foil to cover the pan to keep it clean :)

Does this include rack lifter shown in video?

I did not receive a rack lifter with Toaster oven which I received on 02/14/22023!!!

How much BTU radiant heat does this item generate at maxium internal temperature?

Ignore that nasty post. This is a nice compact 2 slice oven with the lowest practical power draw to conserve power and space. It is NOT the large oven shown next to your question. If you have used a 5000 BTU portable heater it is 1,500 watts. 650 watts is a bit less than half of that in BTU output, most of which comes after you are done and the heat slowly radiates from the oven as it cools. It is not suitable for long periods at maximum temperature setting but to use it as a heater you would leave the door open.

Is this large enough to broil a slamon steak?

Were you asking about the compact 2 slice toaster oven or the XL model? None of the answers you got are for that small 650 watt toaster. Yes, all but the largest salmon steaks should fit in the provided shallow tray that sits on the rack. It would hold two smaller steaks with the flanks interlaced.
