I have been taking this nerve support supplement since November 2024 consistently. As you get older, seems to me like your nervous system needs a bit more love and attention. That can come from the compilation in this supplement together with a broad spectrum of B vitamins. I would have to say that it is indeed helpful in a nutritional regiment if your nervous system needs support ( with ALA and it's synergistic composition) or if you think that you want to age smoothly with no major issues, pain or other issues in your extremities.

It took a couple of weeks before I noticed but I no longer have sciatic nerve pain. After I run out and it’s been longer than a week the pain definitely returns. So I’ll continue to use
