No it won’t stain. I would do it once a month.

Does this disinfect bacteria like parvovirus?

For those saying doesn't work, what brand have you found works best?

My personal preference is BioTurf. However, here's my recommendation based on my personal use: I have 1 dog, and yes, there is urine odor periodically (much more during our current drought). I routinely blow any leaf debris off my turf and actually WATER WITH A HOSE SPRINKLER for ~30 minutes, particularly with no rains (yeh, kinda odd!). I'll then double the concentration of BioTurf in my sprayer and sprinkle well after this watering. This seems to alleviate smell for several days. I do perform this procedure weekly particularly when there's little to no rain.

Can I use this on plants, succulents, etc. my dog pees on drought saving real grass and it stinks. Will this product kill it?
