I couldn't tell you for a fact if these little guys actually support my brain or boost my mood but I do think I feel a bit better after taking them. I do know that they taste great though! So if you're buying for anyone thats picky about taste or texture I would definitely recommend these.

Recently had thyroidectomy and could not swallow. Didn’t want prescription so used easy to swallow supplements. Found this company to have fast response, care for their product reaching you correctly, great fruit flavors. I work in the legal system and having brain fog is determintal to cases. L-tyrosine kept my thinking clear so that I can perform everyday.

I hardly ever have taken a nutritional gummy, maybe if GNC gave some out for free to try or something, as I don’t like to eat most gummy ingredients. I don’t mind that this has sugar in it, considering that your brain sometimes benefits from a simple sugar intake, and there’s not much sugar in these. When I opened the container, I was not pleased with the initial smell, but they taste far better than that. They taste peachy enough for me for what they are, and if someone told me they were candy, I could eat way more than 2 — and actually want to eat more than 2. Yes, they are nutritional so they have a little medicinal taste but I think that should be accepted and considered within parameters. The Amazon rating options listed a metric for how easy these are to swallow, but you do not swallow them whole. They have a soft candy texture, not rubbery like a candy gummy, and they do stick a little to the teeth, so I make sure I chew them in a way to minimize that impact, nothing to keep me from enjoying them. I notice no adverse effects after taking them, and since I feel pretty bright and functioning, I’m assuming they’re working!

I can only speak to the flavor (efficacy is tough to gauge)—the gummy had a nice apricot and orange flavor, but they were way too sweet for a supplement. I wish I had check to see there were 3 grams of sugar for two gummies before buying. Also, the texture is more of a fruit gummy than a gummy bear; not bad, just preference. I also bought another gummy and it was much more enjoyable. (That one had 2.5 grams of sugar for two, but seemed much less-sweet.)
