Gap between the plates should be increased
Quality and finishing is ok. But the gap between the plates is very less. There will be no space for the idly to puff up. They should increase the gap between the plates for better result. According to fit the mentioned 10litre pressure cooker the height of the product can be increased up to 5- 6cms. And if that 5cm is equally devided between the plates, the problem will be solved.
