These iodine tablets are exactly as described and arrived as expected. I used them for a short period as a supplement, but later decided to stop taking them as iodine is something I now feel is better used only when there is a clear reason for it, or after proper advice. That is not a criticism of the product itself, just my personal choice. The tablets were easy to take, the packaging was fine, and I had no issues with the product during the time I used them. If you are specifically looking for potassium iodide tablets at this strength, these appear to do exactly what they say. A straightforward product that matches the description.

Seems to work well, no side effects. I was taking Sea Kelp, but this is a better value for money and I don't get the sea weed taste with these. Also nie small tablets, easier to swallow. Like its a one a day. Body needs iodine.

Stocked up in case Putin goes nuclear as his empire collapses around him as he "finds out". This stuff will replace any radioactive iodine in my system for a year. Or for 3 months for 4 of us, long enough for the major radiation dangers to pass.

Not so sure on these I bought as still trialing them. I already take Thyroxine as I'm under active & having taken a daily dose of these pills, I think it's too much as I've had a few heart palpitations, so I will try taking one every few days & see if that's better.

Die Dosierung mit 400 µg pro Tablette ist hoch, also sollte man vorher sicher sein, dass man wirklich einen Bedarf hat – z. B. bei Jodmangel oder bei jodarmer Ernährung (z. B. vegane oder vegetarische Lebensweise ohne Meeresprodukte). Mir gefällt, dass die Tabletten klein und leicht zu schlucken sind, und dass sie vegan sind – was man bei Jodpräparaten nicht immer findet. Der Jahresvorrat ist außerdem sehr praktisch und spart Geld im Vergleich zu kleineren Packungen oder Tropfen. Was man wissen sollte: Bei Schilddrüsenerkrankungen (z. B. Hashimoto) sollte man vorher ärztlich abklären, ob hochdosiertes Jod geeignet ist. Auch für Kinder sind 400 µg pro Tag zu viel – daher ist es kein Familienprodukt. Fazit: Klares, gut verträgliches Produkt ohne Zusätze – eine gute Wahl für Erwachsene mit erhöhtem Jodbedarf. Ich würde es wieder kaufen.
