Remarkable watch
I found it impossible to not fall in love with this watch. This watch delivers beauty, functionality, precision, robustness and lumes galore.Granted, I could have waited months or years to leave a proper review, but given that the watch may not even be available years from now, I can only update this review at a later date if something changes. This watch either gains 0 seconds, or 0.5 seconds in the few days I have worn it constantly, including showers, dish-washing, sleeping, but alas, not diving yet. The precision blows my mind. I do have a 20 years old Eco-drive that basically keeps atomic time (no radio) and to get this kind of precision on an automatic is either luck or the stuff of legends. As others have stated before me, this watch is a tank. It even looks like a melted tank. Everything is so precise and gorgeous, including the bezel action. Simply delicious sound as you rotate it and it comes to a fully centered state. The lume, as imaged, I took from inside a closed closet and adjusted the camera to image as close to what my eye sees. The lume lasts through the whole night, all the way to the morning hours and is easily readable even then. I don't do anything special to charge it. The image was taken after 5 seconds exposing to direct sunlight, but even in office light, and then going to bed, it just shines, almost like it is an LED. Simply remarkable. There is no question that the watch can easily be upgraded to be even more gorgeous but clearly that would increase the cost without increasing functionality, and this watch is incredibly functional. Now, the silicon straps that it came it, I replaced with the nylon straps, but those too are far too short. If you have large wrists, like I do, I barely get to the very first hole without cutting the blood circulation and that is annoying and has nothing to do with the watch itself. It is also nearly impossible to get XL canvas or nylon straps (non Nato) from Amazon. Many brands say they have XL versions, but no option to select during ordering. So I wonder if this watch could survive for however long on the surface of Venus, with surface atmospheric pressure of about 92 bars and 600 degree Fahrenheit temps. Both the melting point of sapphire and steel are much higher, so who knows :)

Watch looks good, so far keeps accurate time.
1 Problem noticed: setting the date is a pain!! The watch pull out is extremely sensitive . Most dive watches use the screw on pull out which this one does also, but when you pull it's supposed to have two distinct stop points this one pulls all the way and it's hard to get the first stop point on track in order to change the date. Other than that watch works as expected.

Overall Good Buy for the Value/Features!
The media could not be loaded. Delivery was on time and with care. This Ratio Free Diver is good relative to the price. Great features like 1,000 meter water resistance, screw-in and signed crown, self winding feature, hacking, sapphire crystal with AR. These are features you see on middle to high end watches. Just not fan of the bright blue silicone band color. I was hoping it was a bit darker blue like the older color Ratio have. Other than that I like the watch. It’s a keeper for now. Will see how it performs in the long term. I only use it to match informal/casual attires or when I’m out doing errands. I might use it when playing golf. Also bought earlier the RATIO FREEDIVER 200M Water Resistance version. Will write a separate review/feed back on that. Overall, this is a good buy for me.

Rugged & attractive dive watch
This watch is well built, solid feeling, and attractive. The silicone strap that came with the “New Design” is extremely soft and comfortable! (I can’t wear straps with ridges on the inside and thankfully this one is smooth). I love the look of this diver and it’s my first watch with a red dial (very nice). It’s about the size of my Seiko Turtle and seems to fit well. It is large at 46mm but not overbearing or uncomfortable. (I don’t have huge wrists.).The lugs are short and curved so it should wear well on most wrist sizes in my opinion, although keep in mind your wrist shape can also play a part in how a watch looks and feels. I’m very happy with it!

Nice, Handsome, Expensive Paperweight
Purchased this for my son as a graduation gift. It is beautiful, wonderful weight to it, quality band and seems to be a very high quality, well made watch. Its the most expensive watch i have ever purchased.Problem:He swears that there is no way to keep the correct time on the watch. So he never wears it, and he loves to wear watches. I guess it's an expensive paperweight.

Kinda cool, but kinda sharp!?
Cool watch with sharp edges underneath, and where the strap is located. (Some metal watches are just that way.) It's a HEAVY watch out of water! It has day & date, internal shock system, good lume, fit and finish, durability, 1000m water resist, sapphire glass, value, color, & good time retention. I love it.

4.5 Stars - Almost Perfect
This is a beautiful, well-designed and well-built dive watch at a great price. I have only two complaints, the first of which is minor:(1) The bezel rotates too easily, so it gets knocked off its setting with an light bump.(2) The watch is advertised as having a 47mm case, which is the perfect size as far as I’m concerned, but this one is smaller than my other 47mm watches, for example the 47mm Invicta Grand Diver in the 2nd photo (blue-green dial). The Ratio FreeDiver is even smaller than my 45mm Aragon Divemaster TI (white dial). Perhaps the bezel doesn’t go all the way to the edge of the case, making it appear smaller. Whatever the reason, I took off a half-star for it.Overall, this is a handsome, accurate and reliable timepiece I would recommend to anyone. Just be aware it is not as large as you might think.
