Good fabric. Due to its width and rubber bits on the inside, it won't flip or roll up and down your legs when exercising.

Ideal band for resistance work

Now, I don't dislike it, but there is one repeating issue with these bands. You put them in place and there are too long. When you are trying to stretch them, you have to open your legs much more then you want to, which is sometimes not ideal; not fit for purpose comes to mind. As the band is hard to stretch as well, it makes the glutes exercise routine very strenuous and sometimes I exercise more hips than actual glutes.

I most like the product because you can take it every were with you, even if you go to the Gym. You have different range of colours. When i go this product it managed me to work out more and it showed me that you can do it. Very strong quality when using, even my children try to pull on them it did not broke.

Excellent elastic is well resistant, and a good price too

It’s not bad but a bit too long so I have to open my legs more than necessary to get the resistance I need which causes hip pain.
