I have used a lot of K tape and this is by far the best! It offers great support and stays on for a really long time! I think I have had this batch on for the fifth day (knees and feet) and it’s still going strong. Also I usually find the tape irritating to my skin after a day or two, like it pulls on my skin with movement that is just not a problem at all with this tape.

This is great!! I got this because I wanted an affordable option as someone who is just starting to use KT for a long term injury i've had for years now. I think this is a great beginner option since you'll go through some tape messing up, so far it's been really stretchy and I like how long it is so you can cut it shorter if needed. though it can be a bit itchy at first application I dampen it or oil it when I need it to loosen up a bit to soothe the skin underneath. It lasts for a few days and is pretty comfortable! If you put it on incorrectly it can cause discomfort depending on the body part/numbness but after I started to use the tape correctly I've been having a bit more mobility and less knee pain! It won't be a permanent fix but good support for the long-term runner's knee i've had since I was a kid due to repeated injury to both knees!

I use this tape on my knee. I need a knee replacement but by using this tape it helps keep it more secure. I love this tape as it has super holding power but doesn’t have a lot of strength. I can leave this tape on at least 7-10 days before the edges start curling up. AND the big plus is that when you remove it, it doesn’t rip your skin. I have used the major brand and it is much more stronger as far as hold power but does NOT stick very well. It only lasts about 3-4 days. It rips my skin off when it time to change it out. If only they could combined the two it would be a fantastic product. I would give this 5 stars if it would give a stronger hold.

Been using this specific tape for years. Fantastic substitute for the overly expensive KT brand. Still works the same way, sticks very well, and is pretty durable. Slightly different material, this is a bit more "cottony" than the more polyester type KT so maybe a bit less water resistant if that matters. For what it's worth, also very versatile. I happen to use it for a very unconventional reason. I cut strips of it to wrap my thumb for bowling, works great as an all around sports tape.

My massage therapist gave me some strips of a more expensive brand. They worked great. When I ran out, I needed a solution. These seemed like the most reputable affordable option. Much to my surprise, these are every bit as good as the strips my massage therapist gave me. I've been using them to encourage dorsiflexion on my ankles. They stick very well. The only caveat is that if you need to peel and re-stick them, they will not adhere as well the next time – so get it right the FIRST time and you won't have any problems. Highly recommended.

I kind of regret buying a box of four rolls because the tape is very sticky and took off a layer of my skin when I removed it. It also left behind a lot of adhesive around the edges of the tape when I took it off. I used it around my knee and I thought it would be similar to regular KT tape but it's a lot more intense adhesive that's rough on my skin.
