Can it be used in hot oil

I've used mine repeatedly in 2-4 inches of oil while cooking batches of tortilla chips (lots of time in and out of the oil) and there is no sign of warping or melting.

Can i use these to flip bacon in a pan?

Absolutely! I use mine just like I did with my metal ones!

Are these dishwasher safe?

No they are not, mine all rusted after 3 cycles in dishwasher

Where are these tongs manufactured please?

I don't know. However have use mine all the time. Hot water for pasta. BBQ turning over chicken. Mixing a salad. Like the different sizes. Hope this helps.
