It's a Placebo
I took this for two months and didn't notice anything. If I were a betting man, I would bet that it's a placebo. My body is quite sensitive to the things I take, so to not feel anything is suspicious. Too bad. It seemed like an interesting product. Don't waste your money.

Effective and good price, works best when used alongside Bifido bacteria
This product was the missing link in my gut health protocol. When I started using this, the bifido bacteria became much more effective, bloating finally stopped for good. I feel better after taking the first month but I bought a second bottle whcih I'm taking for another month as maintenance.If you take digestive enzymes make sure this is kept far away from enzymes - it's a protein, so it can be digested. I found it to be most effective when taken right before bed or immediately upon waking (alongside a morning dose of bifido bacteria)
