I like these 🙂. They’re effective. I purchased them for slight puffiness,but mainly the dark circles! To the point of this review I’ve used 4 of them and I can see a difference. Honestly I haven’t tried a lot of products to help with what has become an issue for me. I work crazy hours,have several pets,OCD and I’m doing good if I get about 5 hours of sleep in a 24 hour period. Recently went to an event and looking at the pics I looked nice,but I looked tired. For reference I’m a 45 year old woman of color with a light brown caramel complexion. The feeling of these were something I had to get used to. They come with a little spatula type piece to help lay and keep them in place. Very secured jar for freshness,little slippery suckers but yet doable. Mine actually remained in place while I was doing some chores. I left them on for about 15-20 minutes. Rinsed before and after applying. They didn't leave my eye area sticky. They didn't irritate my eyes. Around my eyes felt and looked really rejuvenated. Took the puffiness away. The dark circles weren’t as dark. For my personal use I apply a light stroke of coco butter on my face post use. I’m definitely satisfied. The reviews DID NOT disappoint nor did the results. The price and delivery were awesome as well! Plus the name is very catchy!

Here is what you need to know about this product. I have been using it for about 3 months now, once every morning. TIP: Put the jar in the fridge! PROS -Refreshing every morning -Plumps up your under eye area, making your wrinkles less visible -Great for sensitive skin, no reactions -hydrating (but you still need moisturizer) CONS -Even though it plumps up your under area and makes wrinkles less visible, it is not a long lasting effect. Meaning, that unless you do this every morning you won't see the effects. If you stop using it for a few days, everything will go back looking the same. Not like using Tretinoin were the skin improves and stays that way. Hope this makes sense! -If you are not laying down, they will slide all over the place. -If you leave the product and don't rinse after, some of your moisturizers or makeup will pill. Not all of them, but some. Despite the fact that it's not a long lasting effect, I love using them daily because it makes me look more rested in the morning. Here are other products I use in eye area: Tretinoin for wrinkles and fine lines, the Inkey List Peptide Collagen Serum, The Ordinary Lactid Acid, Byoma Hydrating Recover Oil or Paula's Choice Moisture Renewal Oil Booster.

The photos of the models are deceptive as those people are not wearing THESE patches! The photos of the patches are accurate where you see the yin-yang shape that comes to a sharp point. The problem is that when you try to adjust the patch under your eye, there is no way to cover the entire undereye without moving that sharp point up practically straight into your eye, which hurts! I literally have to cut off the entire corner to use them under my eye and I feel that is a significant waste of product. There are other patches out there that have a more gentle curve and fit under your eyes better, and I would recommend those instead. It's a shame because I like the way my skin feels after using these patches. I just hate that it takes so much time to readjust/cut these patches so they will fit. I did contact the company about that issue and they said they would "make a note" for consideration in designing a future product, but did not offer to resolve the current problem. Sorry, by the time they redesign these patches to fit like 90% of the others out there, I'll have moved on. There's nothing so unique about this particular brand that encourages me to spend the extra time, effort, and money to use them. Next time I'll just be purchasing the brand of undereye patches that are already designed to fit under the eye.

*Update on review* I’ve been using these for a few weeks now and have noticed my under eyes look more refreshed and my lines are softer. They’re still slippery and you have to keep adjusting them so they don’t slide down, but after a few minutes they stay put. Once you get the hang of them, they work well. I wanted to like these because they have really good reviews but they break so easily and they just end up sliding off of my face. Not worth the money in my opinion. The only thing I liked is how hydrated they are and not thick. But it is a bit messy.

I have used gold eye patches before, but not this product. They are amazing.! I like that they are slightly clear and not solid gold, they are less noticeable on my face. They work wonders on my puffy eyes and they stay on . They slide bit at the beginning , but wait a bit and they stick really well. I put them in the fridge for extra cooling. These are my go to eye patches!
