As many other reviewers have stated, this product will only last 2-3 months. Despite being cheaper than the OEM part, that lifespan still does not warrant this kind of cost. Absolute junk - save your money overall and get a better part.

Do it yourself saver lots of money.
This fit and worked perfectly. I went to U-tube to find out what was wrong. I order this and installed it in a minute. Saved hundreds of dollars over having a repair person to fix it.

Go to Whirlpool for replacement lights...
This is my third purchase of both the refrigerator and the freezrer lights in the past 18 months. So, that is the reason for the 4 Stars. They dont last. The last one purchased in Nov of '25 and now again in April '26. Not even 6 months and I was replacing them. I will go straight to Whirlpool for original part replacement from now on. Only hoping they last longer than 5 months.

Replaces Whirlpool W10515057 LED light in freezer or fridge
Lots of W10515057 LED lights on Amazon but this one is the only one with a 3 year warranty! The light in the freezer side of our Whirlpool side-by-side fridge stopped working and a week or so later both lights in the refrigerator side stopped working. It was tricky to one-handed unplug the old LED and then plug-in this LED because of the narrow compartment but it worked. When I turned the power back on all 3 LEDs were rapidly flashing. After I replaced the W10515058 LED on the top of the refrigerator side, all of the lights were working properly. Apparently the W10515058 assembly provides power to both of the W10515057 LED lights. Would buy again.
