Great energy boost, but prefer other flavors
In terms of functionality, I love these gels. They’re probably designed with runners in mind, but I use them during tournament days when I need to keep my energy and competitiveness at the highest level. They really help me push through long hours. This flavor is okay, but I personally prefer the berry ones. One tip: if you have gastritis or a sensitive stomach, be cautious, especially with the caffeinated versions — they can be a bit irritating if you overdo it.

Tolles Produkt!
Die Lieferung erfolgte im Gegensatz zur Beschreibung schon nach einer Woche. Meine Erfahrungen mit dem koffeinfreien GU Gel Erdbeer Banane und salzige Wassermelone sind sehr gut: Beim Halbmarathon am letzten Wochenende habe ich einen Beutel nach 40 Minuten und noch einen etwa 4km vor dem Ziel eingenommen. Schon nach wenigen Minuten hatte ich spürbar mehr Kraft in den Beinen und einfach ein besseres Laufgefühl. Der Hunger, den ich verspürt hatte, war Geschichte; und es schmeckt auch noch! Ich habe schon einige Marken ausprobiert und hatte meistens mit Magenproblemen zu kämpfen. Das ist überhaupt kein Thema mehr, seit ich GU nehme. Bei mir kommt für Marathon und Halbmarathon kein anderes Gel mehr zum Einsatz. Einfach super!
