Pretty happy with this training collar so far! The remote is easy to use, has good range, and the different training settings make it easy to adjust depending on what we're working on. The collar feels sturdy and I like that it’s waterproof, especially for an active dog. The controls are also straightforward and easy to figure out. Overall, it’s been a useful tool for training and getting my dog’s attention when needed.

This come with 2 collars. They are very adjustable from very small to large. I use them for my 50-60lbs Beagle-Pitbull mix. I have also used one for my 15lbs little miniature schnauzer-Yorkie (Schnorkie) mix.My Beagle-Pitbull wanting to o chase every vehicle that drove by and run out in the woods far enough I could no longer hear his bark before using this collar with him. Since getting it I have had to actually use the shock option 2 times and that has been since March or April. Before getting it he kept chasing vehicles until he ran up under a 4-Runner and was ran over and I feared he would die cause he laid all night in my floor with blood running out of his mouth on to floor in big puddles. Thankfully he ended up being ok but didn't learn his lesson so I started using the collar every time he goes outside and for the most part just beeping it is effective and he instantly comes straight to me, the only two time using shock we were in the yard closer to the road when the garbage truck and an SUV came through and he kept running straight at them even with the beep and vibrate options so I had no choice but to move to the shock option to make him stop before reaching the vehicles. Now as long as he has the collar on he listens and minds very well. I don't have to even beep him very often. He doesn't budge when vehicles come through, he sits right beside me and watches and he never runs off in the woods. He walks out to use the potty and stay close with me and my Schnorkie, Now my Schnorkie was a totally different story, when I used the collar on him he did not pay the least bit of attention to the beep or vibrate and that was all I tried, I just continue to use his harness and leash every time. I do feel like these collars have been a life saver for my big baby though. It definitely has prevented him from being ran over again. It has taught him great I obedience. The collar also has a light that can turn on a night so you can see them as well as the remote has a light but it doesn't help too much. The remote does have lock options so you can lock the shock and lock it so if you accidentally hit a button it won't do anything which is great because I have hit it in my pocket before on a different collar I had. The charges has USB on one end and then splits with two cords on the other end so you can plug both collars or collar and remote at the same time which is awesome. I haven't had to recharge the remote yet and only had to the collars once or twice. The batteries last a very long time but I do take it off when we are inside and put it on only to go walk to let them potty. I highly recommend these collars for anyone desperately trying to teach their fur babies and/or keep them safe. Definitely worth it.

There’s an interesting background with this review. I have an interesting fur baby with a unique personality to match. For months and I mean months I had been threatening to buy a shock collar to get him to act right as he terrorized the community and stressed me out. He coincidently seemed to understand me because every time I would threaten to buy one he would get his act right. Well one day after him doing as he pleased and stressing me out I bought the collar. He seemed to know what it was when it arrived and just the boxes presence was enough to keep him in line for about 3 months. Well after one day of him being gone for 45 minutes I decided to open the box. I thought everything was there and how nicely the collar was already for the most part fit to his size and it even included an extra piece of collar however that would work I wasn’t sure for a larger neck. I didn’t care because he only weighs 7 pounds. What really irked me though was that there was no cable to charge it. After 3 months I knew I couldn’t return it to Amazon. So I contacted the manufacturer and explained my crazy story about my crazy dog and why it took me 3 months to figure out there was no charging cable. They provided excellent customer service and shipped me a whole new unit and everything. It wasn’t until I got the new unit that I realized what I received from Amazon was used. The collar was faded and dirty and fitted on another dog and the access collar was cut off and that would make sense why there was never a charging cable. It was a used return and Amazon sent it to me. Amazon needs to step up and do a better job. Slopehill did an amazing job. This unit is perfect for my little fur baby. You can lock the shock feature so you don’t accidentally press it as it should be a last resort and the vibration alone was enough to spook the crap out of him. Needless to say, I think he will get his act right from now on. Thanks slope hill for correcting Amazons sloppy negligence and hopefully alleviating my stress with this dog that thinks he rules the roost lol

I rarely use the shock portion of the collar but it stopped working fairly soon after I bought it. They were kind enough to send a replacement. The tester showed the shock wasn't working when it arrived but I charged it and it lasted a short period of time. Again, I rarely use the shock, but it quit working anyway. Not sure if the replacement that I was sent was a refurbished one or not. Disappointing because the product is easy to use if only it would work.After reading my review the company reached out to me again to try to make it right. They offered a full refund & I also received a gift card. The company went out of their way both times to help make it right. That says a lot in today’s world.

This collar has been a lifesaver! I’m a dog sitter who boards dogs in my home, and I always do a trial stay first to make sure they’re a good fit. I have three cats, and during his trial he completely ignored them. He didn’t pee on anything or mark my furniture either.When he came back the following week for his nearly two-week stay, it was a completely different story. He relentlessly chased and barked at my cats all day, and marked up my walls and rugs. So I ordered this collar out of desperation, and the difference was almost immediate. I only used the low vibration setting, and it got his attention every time. Within a day, the chasing, barking and marking had stopped. Now I don’t even need to put the collar on him because he’s no longer bothering my cats or marking up my house.I’m genuinely amazed at how quickly it worked and couldn’t be happier with this purchase!

Our quality of life is so much better! I have a rescue German Shepherd, Catahoula mix breed, and if you know YOU KNOW! Before I had a vibrating collar because he can be pretty stubborn sometimes but he is a great listener. However, for training, he tends to do what he wants sometimes making it difficult, especially when we’re doing our recalls or we’re at the beach and we need him by us for safety reasons. I was scared to get a shock collar because I feel bad using it, but I did try it on myself multiple times and it definitely will give you a jump, but it is made him realize that if I just press the noise now he knows not to do something because he’s felt the strong vibration and gotten the shock. I really like that the shock has a lock on it so you won’t accidentally push it and I most definitely love the light on the collar so at night when he goes outside, we can still see exactly where he’s at! Make sure you read the instructions, especially with the shock area. There’s a low and a high, so make sure you’re setting it to the right setting for your dog, obviously high for larger, long-haired dogs/low for smaller, shorthaired dogs.The battery lasts quite some time and we make sure we take it off every night and he knows the routine of waking up sit down and collar goes back on. But it has definitely helped with the obedience we needed of him, especially since he is a bigger dog, and people see him and hear his bark and immediately feel scared, when he’s the biggest softie! Perfect for training!

Remote quit working. Have purchased two so far and will be trying a different one.

I really like this collar as a training device for my puppy. I appreciate the training tips included in the manual. I have not used the shock mode. The tone at the lowest level has been sufficient. The neon green stripes on the collar are great for visibility along with the light. The only downside, as with other similar collars, it is not designed to fit a puppy properly without cutting off the excess length thus making it unusable to fit my large breed dog when she’s full grown. I have adjusted it to fit by taping it but that is not ideal and looks tacky. If not for that I would give the Slopehill training collar 5 stars. Also, customer service has been very responsive.

Excelente producto

It’s been a week now. Excellent packaging and branding, just like a mobile phone. The product quality is physically sturdy and ergonomically good. I have used it for 4 days and the battery level is as good as it was on day one. I have used it consistently to train everyday at least for an hour. A lots of beeps multiple vibration and shock a few times. I could correct my dog with shock level as low as 20% . I have used it on my 1.5 year old Doberman. It’s very pain full hence used cautiously. Not advisable to use frequently.
