It is very good looking and easy to operate.. However ours did not cool the water at all. The hot water worked fine but the cold never worked. We reported the issue and was given a response very quickly even the day before the 4th of July. After the Holiday we did some more test that did not work and they sent me a return label. I sent it back this morning. I wish it would have worked. The water flow rate was very acceptable. The Hot temperature was perfect for Tea according to my wife. The room temperature button worked fine. LOL Review: After 1 year it started leaking. Very difficult to ... - After less than 1 year it started leaking. Very difficult to disassemble and troubleshoot. I did contact organizeddotcom.com, who I purchased it through desertcart from and the got right back to me, said they would stand behind it and send me a replacement. However, after moving the unit to my garage, draining it, letting it dry out, and reassembling the top, I have now used 2 bottles through it with no leaks. Other than this issue, it has been a good cooler.
