Awesome little vacuum
Gets the sand up! That’s the point, right?! It’s small, built for a small pool or hot tubs. The vacuum has a little net to pick up fine particulate, suction is good for WHY I bought this little guy. Easy to use, performs as described, easy to clean a small area. I used my pool net pole! The vacuum comes with 2 different sized attachments for different sized poles so you likely ALREADY have a pole that fits this! I bought this with a coupon for $10 off but still worth the money! I also purchased rechargeable D batteries; this takes 5 (FIVE) D’s. I have a 8x5 little pool and I’ve vacuumed it 3x’s already so I’d say the battery life is great! Get you one!

Vacuumed up SAND but only worked a few times
Edit: no longer works!!! Very disappointed that i was only able to use it a few times!!! Absolutely love this vacuum! We’ve been struggling for 2 summers to get sand out of the bottom of our inground pool! We had a concrete pad disintegrate and sand/fine concrete ended up at the bottom. This little vacuum vacuumed it all up with no struggles and it was extremely easy to use! We are definitely pleased with this purchase!

Great product for pop up pools
I have a pop up pool without a filter basket so I couldn’t get a traditional pool vacuum. This works great for getting leaves and debris out of the pool. It runs on batteries but it has great suction. I am very happy with this purchase. Highly recommend

Great little vacuum, but hard to turn on and off
I purchased this a few months ago and I’ve been using it ever since in my hot tub. It works really well, but it is very difficult to turn off and on especially if your hands are wet. I also wish it came with an extension telescope pole, but it doesn’t. Otherwise, I really like it.

It works but it’s just okay
It’s okay. It does suck up dirt and small debris. Just feels cheap and not super powerful. Good for what I need which is a small kiddie pool but wouldn’t get it for a bigger pool than that.

Just Get It
I have a half moon spa that connects to the pool. That being said it's difficult to get the "berries" out of the spa that land on the bottom, and the pool robot cleaner is too big to clean the spa. Enter the Pool Blaster, that is the best thing ever to clean the spa or on our bench in the pool. Also, a great price for something that works so well.

Not the best
Sucks up the battery quickly with low suction power they accepted my return request so I was thankful for that

Serves its purpose
Purchased this to clean where my main pool cleaner won't reach, the spa and the steps. Prior to this had a larger rechargeable vacuum, eventually the battery wouldn't hold a charge. It was also larger and bulkier. I like the size of this thing and that it uses regular D cells. I considered getting rechargeable batteries but the voltage difference across 5 cells is 6V vs 7v for regular alkaline, plus they'd cost almost as much as the vacuum. Other reviews complain of water intrusion. I lubed the orings that seal the batteries with waterproof grease before assembling, seems like a no brainier. Update: original batteries are still good after a year. Definitely don't waste your money on rechargable
