Horton does it again
Great book, great characters. The Mad Mick is one of my ell time favorites. One of my favorite things about Horton as an author is how great of an editor he has. There are no weird jarring viewpoints shifts, spelling and grammar are meticulous, and it makes it very easy to get lost in one of his books. Also, if you get his books on audio, Kevin Peirce is one of the best narrators out there, right next to Bronson Pinchot.

Another Fun Mad Mick Book!
Cant’t put this series down!On to book 8!! Love the characters and how the adventures evolve. Thank you to the author for a fun read! Give this series a go! Start with book 1. I have really enjoyed the audible versions as well—pop them on when I have to drive somewhere or when doing chores around the house.

Hmmm
Interesting. Unconstitutional solution, even despite meeting political corruption with deserved violent pushback. Alarming reliance on foreign chi dictators even while seeking to remove domestic craftsmen dictators. Prefer a hero upholding unalienable rights, not one enriching foreign commies. Lightyear needs a pointed civics education to guide probable good intentions. Still, a good mad mic suspense thriller.

Best one yet!
I've been devouring this series after putting it off for months...and I now regret that. The characters are all incredibly well fleshed out.. and the story just keeps getting better. It's intense, funny and so worth the read

Completely New Direction
'Death Dealer's Manual' is taking the 'Mad Mick series' off somewhat in a new direction. This series has been focused on the logical conclusions to what current is happening around us, with Global Reset, Agenda 21, New World Order, etc., all the shite that we are currently living through. Mick and others have been fighting against these agendas for sometime, albeit piecemeal and haphazardly. Now things have changed, and their is a new player on the scene that plans to bring it all down and redirect the country and perhaps maybe even the world down a road that he believes will be the salvation of everyone. All he has to do is kill enough of the right people to make it happen, and that where the Mad Mick comes in; cause if there is killing to do, Mick is the man to do it. Again, like all of Franklin Horton's book, it well written, has excellent action, a well thought out story, characters are superb, and of course a twist or two to keep things interesting. Will be interesting to see where he takes the series now that so much has changed.

Outside the box
Well... Liked the book... so many twists and turns. At times a little all over the place, but always came back to the core of what it is. I think it was a mistake not to include Barb. The Mad Mick is a better read when he's around home and his community. Let's hope Lightspeed story concludes... Getting far fetched with his ideas...

Damn good book!
Donor and the gang are at it again. With the help of a handful of others, life is about to drastically change. Franklin Horton is a terrific writer. With just the right touch, he can take the reader into a world that can't scare us all. He makes his reader think about their own mortality.

Not his best
This book was very hard for me to get into. I have read all Mr.Horton's books. This was not one I liked. Story was unbelievable not much action. I will still read his books because. I know he is a vert good author.

Another fantastic read by Horton
This edition of the Mad Mick series is a little unconventional in that it doesn’t take place at all in the compound. But the storyline is just as exciting and is actually a nice break from the norm. The book ends wanting more, which is always the case with Horton’s books. I’m as much a fan today as I was with my very first Horton book. Be sure to begin on the first book and enjoy every one.

Laughs and mayhem abound.
Laughed a lot in this book. Action packed and it brings a culmination of plots together. You don’t take on the Mad Mick and expect to live. Plenty find that out in this book. Great to read the characters being expanded and some killed off is a bummer. With everything changing, who can you trust.

as always amazing
These books can’t get better. Each book alone is wondrous. The characters are amazing. The black style ops amazing. The storyline AMAZING. It would do you a disservice NOT to read them.
