Hi, This kite does not come with the board. The kite is designed for training without a board.

Q: Will this work for snow-kiting?

I have used this kite for snow kiting in high winds on a flat surface, such as a frozen lake. It is not ideal though. The Ozone hyperlink is a great snow kite though.
