Better than all the liposomal Vitamin C I've tried in decades. Taste is great and gives me a boost of energy first thing in the morning. Value for money is worth the price as simplicity of supplements is my motto theses day in addition to occasional oral BPC157 peptide also from same company. I really feel the difference with no side effects.
