Does it work on small lakes (about 3/4 acre size) especially if the algae buildup is only on edges?

Wouldn't know on that large of impound, check with manufacturer?

How much do i put in for 50 gallons?

I would say an ounce or two.....you can play around with it.....too much will not hurt the fish.

started up new pond. used this product 1 week ago. Worked great. Had bad thunderstorm and looks murky. Can i retreat to get clearity?

Yes you should be fine to retreat as the product is mostly biological and I think they even recommend retreatment of new ponds with in a couple weeks

How much would I use in 125 gallon koi pond

Maybe a cap ful....but you can play around with and experiment. It will not hurt the fish
