Beneficial for both canine and human
I initially purchased this to supplement my dog's dental health. Later, I learned about all the digestion benefits for humans and have been taking it myself every day with good results. Helped me lose water weight. No bad side effects for either of us. Tip: I hide the capsule inside a nugget of butter for my dog to swallow whole.

Works good like Align, BUT it takes a few days to get into your system.

I'm on my 2nd week and am happy to state that this is really helping with regularity, reflux, and indigestion. I'm not burping all the time!

Research, research and more research!
I just received this product and I'm curious to see if it really will work like Align. The obvious hook is the price of twenty bucks for 200 capsules, but they're 5 mg., whereas the Align is 10 mg.. The Align has titanium dioxide, which some parties are now reporting as an issue, in that it can be absorbed. The silicone dioxide in the Welmate, will not be absorbed by the body and should pass. Both brands have the better avoided magnesium stearate! Bifidobacterium longum 35624 (Tm) is the bacteria in Align and this Welmate merely states that it "compares" to Align. If it actually works like Align, and you up the dose to compare with Align, Welmate is still a substantial savings of 100 doses! How they get away with advertising the comparison to a trademarked drug is your guess. The label clearly states that satisfaction is guaranteed! I've got my fingers crossed!
