These are excellent as are the knee supports, and in both you get a pair, really good quality and they say there is copper infused inside. They fit nice feel comfortable and supportive. I highly recommended

I have tried it the other day when I have a 9 hours shift in a busy out patient unit. It helps support my injured ankle a few years ago I rolled over my ankle that cause a stretch ligament, this stuff helps to support my ankle not get swell and not hurting after my shift. This helps too to support your arch if you’re flat footed. Just make sure you follow the instructions on how to measure your ankle to get the accurate size, hoping this helps 🤓

Ordered these as a bit of support for my feet and ankles whilst I was working, my job entails been on my feet and walking for the entire shift. I had started getting some pain in the back of my ankles during my shift that would continue through the day. These are absolutely fantastic! The relief was almost instant, my feet felt haven’t felt this good after a shift for years! The price and the fact it’s a twin pack is even better, would definitely recommend!

I suffer from pain and muscle weakness in my lower back, hips and legs, and recently my ankles have also started to give me trouble. As my Dad’s carer, this isn’t good when I need to be able to move around! I could be walking through a room and suddenly feel almost like I’ve snapped something, so I needed something for support that would also help ease the pain, even just for a little. I saw a lot of wraparound braces, but can never figure out how I’m supposed to put those on, so I decided a sock would be much easier. I’m so glad I chose these!They give great support and have drawn out a sigh of relief from me when I’ve pulled them on. I’ve even worn them in bed! I do find they get a little itchy now and then, but I just pull them off, give my foot an airing for an hour or two, and then it’s back on!I may order another pack in case it’s ever needed, but I think these will last me for some time!Highly recommended!

The fit us fine and comfortable to wear. Good quality but I just don't feel they ease the discomfort in my achilles tendon, which is why I bought them. The do give goid compression & support, maybe I will see a difference after using them over a longer period of time.

The only caveat is that you might hurt your ankle pulling them on so pay careful attention to the buying advice on sizing

If your ankles roll like they're made out of poppadom's, welcome to the club! I used to step on the pitch and within 10 minutes, my ankles would fold like they were made of paper mache. But then I found these, and let me tell you, they’re basically super-suits for my ankles!I wear these full-time now for football, and it’s like my ankles have been upgraded to titanium. I can finally turn without fearing I'll collapse like a Jenga tower at any moment. The support is good!Plus, they’re super comfy, and the copper is supposedly doing something magical for my circulation. I don’t know the science, but hey, I’m just happy I’m not spending my games face-down in the grass.So if your ankles roll with the wind like mine, slap these bad boys on and get ready to actually play football again. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable and supportive for my sprained ankle. Can’t be worn with flip flops though!.Good value, good quality, good size and not too tight. If on cusp of size, go next size up. Very easy to use once I’d realised that the word ‘copper’ goes at the front and the arrows more or less line up with the ankle bone area!

These ankle sleeves workMy ankles are week I was having pain in my ankle. I put these sleeves on the ankles and they relieved pain in a short time when I put them on I have no problem walking I wear them all day so yes think they help if u have issues with your ankles I will buy these again I ordered a medium it was a perfect fit

These are so good - they feel great on (and I have fat feet / ankles) but they aren't too tight.
