Husband really loved his gift, and that ithad a solar light for the back side!

Biller than I thought it would be!

The gargoyle is so cool when the eyes light up. The spine also lights up. Its a nice size and feels sturdy. It's well made. I've been looking for something like this and I'm glad I found it here.

The only setback is that the solar panel is very small. If I leave it in it's place on my deck railing, it will only not illuminate as it gets very little sunlight. Inorder to get it to illuminate for 3-4 hours I have to keep moving the gargoyle to position the panel in order to get the most sunlight. It really is a nice looking piece. UPDATE About 2 months after I posted this review (and after the return date) the unit stopped working. I positioned the solar panel in the sun for over 8 hours repeatedly over a few weeks and nothing. DO NOT BUY

This gargoyle looks great, and has plenty of details. The eyes that are made to light up still look cool even when they are not on. The one negative thing about it is that the head is facing so far down that it is hardly recognizable when placed on the ground. I am fortunate enough to have two tall bookcases, and I placed the gargoyle on top so they are looking down from above, so I would recommend putting them at a medium, or high level so they can be appreciated. Overall, I am happy with this product, and I am glad to have them in my collection.

I bought this for my daughter. They arrived as scheduled. She loves them they were a good size just like measurments. She has them on the side of her front door. Trying to send pics of them lit up and it wont let me

Absolutely a need for any house.

Looks cool, but after one or two rainy days outside, it doesn't light up anymore. I brought it inside to let it dry out, but no go. Nice heavy gargoyle but not worth the price for the paperweight alone.

Very expensive very poor, thought st this cost it would be a good quality item, within 7 days the solar panel fell off exposing the wires.

Ordered this item as a gift for Father’s Day at the beginning of June. Guaranteed delivery was the 12th, didn’t receive until the 27th. The item did not work/no lights. Returned and ordered a replacement, the replacement also does not work. Waste of time and money.
