Is the outside bottom rubber or plastic? Reviewers are saying both. We specifically need a rubber bottom so it doesn’t scratch our floor

Plastic if you put in liquid is pour out on to floor. I wish I didn’t buy this really small. The sticker on outside was really hard to get off. I would buy one that is fully metal.
