FashyHot Water Bottle, 0,8 L, Blue

I have a regular size transparent hot water bottle from Fashy that I use in my bed. I wanted something a bit smaller to keep at my desk at work, as the office temperature can fluctuate and I sometimes get really cold there. This is a perfect little hot water bottle to hold against my tummy or back while I sit in the chair in front of my computer. I mix a little bit of cold water with hot water from the water dispenser, and the bottle keeps pretty warm for about an hour and a half. I then reheat in microwave for about a minute or less, or refill it. It's a good thing that it gives me a reason to get up and walk around once in a while! It also looks really cute. I am trying to find an excuse to get another one, next time in pink!

This is an excellent quality item, no doubt there. But do you think you'll easily find a fleece or other cover for it that doesn't have a cartoon character on it? Not likely. That isn't fashy's fault, but be aware that the cover, if you buy it seperately will cost more then the bottle when you include shipping (and as of 12/12 no one offers free shipping on a cover).

I purchased this hot water bottle for my 6-week-old son, who has been having gas pains in his tummy. I have used a heating pad myself for gas pain, and thought a hot water bottle would be far safer to use with him. It worked great! He was crying and kicking his little legs per usual, and when I set the warm bottle against his stomach, he calmed down almost immediately and fell asleep within three or four minutes. Hooray!

The bottles by this company are a bit thicker than we are used to, but the advantage is that they stay warm longer!It seems quite durable, and is easy to fill by any of us, even the eleven year old.This smaller sized one is a favorite in my house, and I highly recommend it for small places like the small of your back, or for the kids!

It seems very well made - thicker material than most. The neck design definitely seems more durable than the ones you buy in the drug store. I am hoping to have it for a long time.

I love this little hot water bottle, and will probably order several more. It is great for my two kids, as I know they will not be burned with this, but it provides warmth and comfort to "boo-boo's". I have enjoyed it as a small water bottle to put behind my neck or knee. Great gift idea.

Not flexible so it can't conform to body parts well. My old drug store hot water bottle is more flexible. After reading all the hype about Fashy hot water bottles I expected it to be much nicer. It is a nice size for smaller applications. It has no odor at all.

I bought one for myself and one for my toddler! We love using them together, tummy aches or not, which actually makes it easier to get him to use it when he really needs it without hesitation. Now he even asks for it!! Great for easing constipation & gas...

Diese Wärmeflaschen sind in Deutschland hergestellt worden und sie unterscheiden sich merklich von denen, die ich mangels Bekanntsein von Alternativen damals im Supermarkt gefunden hatte. Schon allein diese netten Stoffüberzüge, die wohl vor allem Kinder anlocken sollen oder Leute, die denken, dass Kindern so etwas gefällt, sollten einem ein Alarmsignal allererster Güte sein, denn solche Stoffüberzüge sind für nichts anderes gut, als die hässliche, stinkende Wahrheit darunter zu verbergen. Solche Wärmflaschen zerbröseln nach ein paar Jahren, während sie beim Auffüllen mit warmem Wasser vor sich hinstinken und nach und nach die Lamellen abblättern ...Nicht so bei diesen Wärmflaschen aus dem Hause Fashy! Diese Wärmflaschen bestechen außer durch ihre Geruchlosigkeit durch ihre verschiedene Riefung auf jeder Seite. Die stärkere Riefung ist für die Phase, wo das Wasser noch sehr heiß ist und man sich an der Wärmflasche nicht die Haut ansengen möchte. Wird das Wasser dann im Laufe der Zeit kälter, kann auf die lamellenlose Seite gewechselt werden, um auch das Restpotential der inneren Wasserwärme voll auszunutzen. Die Farben sind auch ansprechend, ganz im Gegensatz zu dem hässlichen Beige, das ich damals meinen vorherigen Supermarktflaschen unter dem Bezug feststellen musste.Ich verwende diese kleinen Wärmeflaschen von 500 ml gerne dazu, sie bei einer Erkältung hinten auf den Rücken und vorne auf die Brust zu legen, indem ich sie mit einem Tuch verknote/verbinde, welches dann wie eine Kette um meinen Hals bzw. auf den Schultern liegt. Also ich kann diese kleinen Wärmflaschen nur empfehlen. Die müssen sich nicht hinter billig-bunten Stoffbezügen verstecken, die eh nur die Wärme klauen.

Bisher habe ich immer gute Erfahrungen mit Fashy Wärmflaschen gemacht. Sie waren immer langlebige Produkte. Deshalb habe ich mich erneut dafür entschieden. Bei dieser nun, ist kurz nach der Rückgabefrist schon der Verschluss defekt. Der Griff ist gebrochen, so dass man den Verschluss nicht mehr ein- und ausschrauben kann.
