+I AM A DIABETIC, AND I CHOSE THIS BRACELET TO SEE IF IT WOULD HELP ME CURB CRAVINGS. SO FAR, THERE IS SOME SUCCESS. BUT I STILL HAVE A WAYS TO GO. AS FAR AS COURAGE IS CONCERNED, I CAN SEE DEFINITE IMPROVEMENT AS I FACE THE FUTURE WITHOUT HE GOODIES I LOVE MOST.

It's ok but

I think this bracelet helped a lot with my stress but it didn't help my weight... It was very large so I had to take off six beads and the om piece because it got stuck on everything.
