I’ve had to take a lot of antibiotics off late and wanted a natural way to have probiotics .. researched a lot about Kefir and bought this brand. The booklet received and the videos linked are very very VERY detailed and self explanatory. They answer almost all your questions and if you follow the mentioned method it turns out just fine. However They have a an excellent post sales watsapp support service also- I cannot praise it enough. They handhold and guide you through everything. The kefir itself seems nice .. a little tangy than curd .. I’ve just been having it for a week.. will update the review again after a month or so …

Despite following the Instructions there is inadequate Fermentation of milk by Delivered Kefir Grains. Total waste of money. Despite Repeated Attempts Kefir grains are not Fermenting milk.....

It's been about three months since I received my kefir grains, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The seller provided prompt support and excellent guidance on caring for the grains. I especially appreciated their promise to replace the kefir grains if they weren't active. I never had to use that guarantee, but based on their responsiveness, I'm confident they would honour it. Over the past three months, the grains have multiplied so much that I recently reached out for advice on freezing and storing the excess. The milk kefir grains are so good it's growing perfectly but they mentioned the weight of grains are 15grams but I got grains less than 5grams and the remaining are just milk
