HASIKA SUV Tailgate Tent, 2-Person Car Camping Awning

Item was exactly as described and fulfilled my requirements. The assembly instructions that are in the bag could have been more detailed, however the video was very helpful. I tried using this overnight for the first time in windy and wet conditions and woke up dry and cosy. The inner mesh is great for keeping bugs out. Very easy to disassemble and compact for storage.

I ordered another tailgate tent prior to this off ebay but it failed to arrive. In a hurry i ordered this off amazon and it arrived same day. I was a little worried it was going to look tacky but I have to say it is a decent piece of kit. You need to buy the poles for the porch, luckily I had alread got some. It fit the back of the Range with ease and the straps fit snug through the wheels. Because I kept the porch up the netted door is see through so i made a little blind from black taup and it was great. It's not going to stand heavy rain but I did have a small shower whilst away and it kept the wet and damp out. I had a few people comment on this tent so I directed them to this advertisement. I would recommend.

It's almost perfect id give it 4.5 if i could. We have a honda jazz 2010 and the first time using we went to the north coast of Scotland it was extremely windy and rainy so it got a good testing. Completely watertight didnt get any leaks and I can see the stitching is well done It is of very good quality. Opens your car up to see all the beautiful views on your travels. Its very easy to set up you just put it over the open boot like a snow cover then ropes go to the wing mirrors and you use the elastic hooks on the wheels. Less than a minute to assemble. Very nice. It keeps heat in very well also even with the door open as it has that silver lining. With the wind blowing so hard it was shaking the car and we could hear the material squeaking off the boot edge (an issue that is easily resolved with a cloth or any fabric along the edge of the boot where the tent is tight) but it held up even with all our nervousness. The only issue I have with it is the noisy flapping. Just above the taillights the sides of the tent have a fair bit if loose material like it bubbles out (shown in photo below). We are yet to find a solution for this perhaps clamping it down to the boots pistons you will see in the full photo we had the provided magnets but they didnt actualy hold up to even a breeze. The other area of excess is right on top where the car arial is again it bubbles out this one we fixed by putting our coats inside ontop of the boot door and camping chair on the outside but we plan to again try getting clamps. The noise of the flapping was mental but again otherwise its perfect and we HIGHLY recommend. We will see how it holds over time and I will update my review if it fails us.

I have a peugeot 508sw and it fits perfectly. It looks and feels really good quality and all the zips worked. I bought the small size. Slight negative is the guidelines are white I think they should be black to match the tent.

Perfect choice! Handles 4-5 hours of heavy rain very well.

The elastic straps are rubbish, 1st set up, broken! The tent itself is fit for purpose but make sure you have a sewing kit and spare elastic.

Perfect for adding bit extra leg room to my Kia Sportage - bought the small size and fits great. Not used it yet on a car camping trip so will have to see if waterproof but I like the fact it has a mesh zip up door and the outer door can become an awning or closed. The magnets are useless !! Will need to purchase longer/stronger strips to make sides more secure. Happy with purchase although it has gone up nearly double in price from last year!!

Amazing tent. Large fits 2013 Nissan Armada well. Once you figure out the steps, literally takes 30 secs to put it on, 15 secs to pull it off. As mentioned before, I wish the zips for the screen didn’t loop around the bottom, but I just keep the bottom portion open as it would be pretty awkward to close it from the inside. Very happy with the purchase!

Fantastic! Fit well on a 90's BMW hatchback along with a 10's Subaru Hatchback. Easy set up and tear down.

Much better than expected, it fits a small SUV, worked well and packs away very very small. Not a serious tent but its lovely as a hybrid solution for the price i paid R400

Took on a 3 week road trip and it performed in sun, wind and rain! Provided so much extra space inside my corolla, allowed plenty of air flow and kept the bugs and kangaroos (one jumped in my car cos i left the zipper open lol) out which was a huge bonus haha. Super easy to set up and take down, once you know what you're doing it takes 5 mins to put up and 2 mins to take down. The included straps are a little flimsy and I broke one on my trip, but can be reinforced with some DIY and bungee cords. I also reinforced the top corners where it goes over the top of your boot with some heavy duty cloth tape as I could see those corners would wear down REALLY fast if not. Overall a great tool for car campers! If it was a built a little sturdier it would be perfect 11/10.
