Good product. They need to include a cook book guide.

The product is nice
I am using the product. It came with a very nice booklet, but it doesn't say what to cook at which settings. It's hard to find the cooking settings for this model online.

It stopped working properly after two months of use
The first two months it was working properly. Now I cannot figure out why the valve does not go up and it burns my food...so sad

Stop working within 10 months:(
I am so upset that it stopped working properly… I spent a LOT of money and I am truly sad. The color Indicator is not popping up anymore, and by paying $65, I bought a new plastic ring for the lid thinking that one needs to be changed, no hope… I am truly disappointed, even the link for the support for this item on the Amazon is not working… please help!!

Wow

Quite expensive
It’s not too bad, but quite pricey. Bought it based on the good reviews. Food seems to take longer to cook compared with other pressure cookers.
