No accounting for taste, but my kid loves it.

sweet poster
not actually a blacklight poster (just paper, no felt), but still a pretty awesome poster nonetheless. only the text and the cat's eyes are reactive, but only mildly so because they're printed in a neon ink. picture is taken from the book, which i always viewed as the creepier version. putting it in color seems to confirm my suspicions. i will say the contrast between the sharp edges of the neon ink and and the general blurriness of the rest of the picture give the poster an almost three-dimensional quality. this can be heightened if you put it in a frame. ultimately, a nice piece of pop-art...and who can argue with that price? i didn't even want one of these things. i just bought it out of principle. then i find out it has more depth and intrigue in its flaws than your average justin beiber poster's entire flawless high-definition surface.

Grin And Bear It
Were this a costly poster, I would feel the need to withhold one star, due to its material fragility. The thin, glossy paper that it is printed on is easily wrinkled or torn. The image itself is a ton of fun: a fat, domestic cat with tiger-striped, orange fur and neon-green eyes, grinning at you with psychotic ecstasy and human teeth. It's a large poster which approximates the viewing area of my flat-screen TV positioned below it. At its modest price point, this delightful poster is a good buy.The zany cat appears mad indeed behind his crinkly white whiskers atop a weathered but luminous white branch, and he gazes at you in true comradery, a fellow inmate in the small, private asylum that is your home. It's time for your medication.

we're all mad heree
very large poster. thin material, glossy.looks almost intimidating when you put it up, its really an eyeful! but i still like it. under the black-light what's highlighted the most is the moon, which truly looks fantastically errie and real- almost as if its really hovering in the distance- the moonshine on the tree branch seems to glisten, and the cat's smile which really seems almost to pop off the wall.when you look at it on the wall, there's really no doubt that we're all mad here! :)great for a chesire cat/ alice in wonderland enthusiast!

Awesome Poster!
I'm not a really big fan of Alice in Wonderland, but when I saw this blacklight poster I just had to have it! It's so funny and crazy, whenever someone comes into my room I get compliments. I like the quote at the bottom "We're all mad here!" There's no shame in being crazy! Embrace it! The creepy, lunatic cat can help you do that! I like how this poster glows under a blacklight. Unforunately, only the lettering and some of the cat glows... the smile and the moon don't really glow that well, but it still looks cool. It doesn't glow in the dark though, you need a blacklight. Well, eye hope this review helps!

Cool but...
I only gave this poster 4 stars because it doesnt really light up that well under the blacklight. Just the letters, the eyes and the moon light up but thats it. I like this poster though because it is big and i love alice in wonderland and i have some LED lights that i bought for my room and the lights change colors and so does the cat. When i change the color to red, the cat really looks creepy :D

It's okay, but doesn't shine as bright as it should.
Under a black light the eyes, teeth, words, branches and moon light up, but they are NOT super bright. The rest of the body has some areas that fluoresce of course, but it didn't turn out like the photo would suggest. Furthermore, the print quality looks a little shoddy, so it's only good when it's dark and light up with black lights, it can't stand on its own. The picture attached to this review is admittedly a very bad one, but you'll see how crappy dollar store skeletons, under the same light, fluoresce quite well, while the cat does not.
